Things About Hitman You Just Found Out

Funny because I thought Chongquing actually kind of made sense, they have the whole color coded security level thing, and with everybody wearing the same color tie one dude walking around in a different tie would be enough to draw attention.

You can destroy the evidence in sapienza again from outside the church
(This wasn’t possible in Hitman 2)

At least she only says it once every mission, like Daniel’s mother. The ahmagaad lady does it every 20 seconds and I’m not sure you can even kill her. She’s got back-ups in the case of death at the very least.

Thats awesome, never knew this. Thanks for sharing

I’d go opposite. The entire ICA has likely heard of him but hasn’t seen what he looks like. Clandestine type organisations are usually compartmentalised for security reasons. Especially their agents. If you go up high enough on the totem pole the big bosses have access to the master list of agents, but I doubt the rank and file people do.

When you do the club owner routine the one agent admits to never having met 47 before. He may not have even known what he looked like until he was their target. He’s just so legendary that people know he exists from water cooler talk.

I wonder if the EMP works from that spot?

No it doesn’t. The range of the emp is pretty small

i’d wager he’s a bit embarrassed.

It’s like trigger discipline, it’s better to practice it when you don’t need to than to forget to do it when you need to.

Pretty sure the logic behind the fibre wire not being illegal was that it was supposed to easy enough to conceal that nobody would detect it - as opposed to being a normal thing to carry around.

I think that’s more that most of the seated NPCs in Blood Money are largely out of the lines of sight of patrol routes anyway.

This is slightly offtopic, but man I love how the explosion sent his tie flying like that. It looks really great.

Yeah but then that’s punishing a player for wanting to wear a funny outfit.

From what I remember, this happens when you infiltrate the consulate from the parking garage. If you do that then the only enforcers will be the consulate guards. But if you go to the main entrance of the consulate in your suit, the civilians and guards will react.

I wish we had an invitation or a pass to enter the consulate in your suit. Agent 47 shouldn’t look that conspicuous in the consulate as all the other men are wearing suits

The exit cutscene in Haven Island is the same regardless of which speedboat you take (the one at the default start or behind the villa). I noticed it when I passed the fisherman while exiting from the default start and wondered how that made sense - both cutscenes are from the villa.

I don’t know what to do with this information but I brought it here so enjoy.

I think this ties into the “vision cone changes” IOI made in late HITMAN 2016 (or 2, I forget exactly when).
Basically, there’s 3 stages to viewcones. The centered “tunnel vision” cone, the wide-angle cone that extends 45-something-degrees to the left and right, and the peripheral vision that is located on the sides and juuust behind the NPC, I think.

So, NPCs that are staring at their phone or close up to another NPC’s face have a much narrower and ‘focused’ view cone than others.

I found the most powerful fusebox in the game. Every NPC in Mumbai investigates eventually this one in the security waggon:

After KO’ing about 200 NPCs (even from all the way from Rangan Tower) the game crashed. It couldn’t handle that many on one spot. Yep, that pile is ~200 ppl:

Had to wait about four minutes for the next NPC to arrive at the end. Was really boring.

No, 47 just wades through the bodies.
