I believe there is one sitting on a table in the little tent area or whatever it is. I didn’t know one could spawn at the beginning though, that’s very cool!

I was playing Dartmoor for about two hours without reloading (in Contracts Creation Mode). Just testing some stuff. Suddenly the music changed. Anybody else noticed something like that? Did I do something special? Here’s a short clip with the slightly different background music:
Sometimes in contracts mode the exfiltration theme of a map plays when marking a target. This is probably a bug though.
The exfiltration theme from Dartmoor is the same as the theme heard in your video.

I just found out that you can’t access anymore to Sniper maps from the destination menu. Previously, at eh far right of them, there were the three sniper maps. Now, there are absent and are accessible through the specific menu.

you can kill all the targets out of order, even if they aren’t yet marked in red
this way you can do the levels in reverse and save a ton of vitality!

Slapdash SMG is an own kill method. Too bad not all SMGs have that. Could be so much more fun to force loud eliminations in Contract Mode (without too much complications).
