Unrealistic things in Hitman

The one thing Ort-Meyer forgot to teach his clones…

Yeah, any NPC being shot never behaves himself as an injured and always act like nothing happened.
Flaw. Always was a flaw

Speaking of throwing stuff: It‘s impressive how 47 is able to throw a screwdriver or hobble knife with such force and precisions that it hits the victim right into the back of the head with the sharp end and instantly kills them.

Or that he’s able to do the same thing with katanas (who are defiantly not made to be thrown) and heavy two-handed axes/broadswords.

Wouldn’t mind if the next Hitman only allowed you to throw knives, cleavers and small axes.

This is probably why there are no female agents in Berlin… no combat animation etc for female guards, so for ones to fight back, there’s nothing to reuse

Oh man could you imagine a female ICA agent trying to seduce 47 in Berlin? The man just lost his brother and here’s this non-Diana shaped woman trying to put the moves on him?

Yeah, that would go sooo welll…

He lost 10 other Brothers before, so why mourn this one?

The Lucas Grey defender is here!!

The other ones were just “empty shells”, as seen in the comics. 47 got all his memories wiped away so he didn’t care about them. He wouldn’t care about Grey either, if he hadn’t put a trail of breadcrumbs to get 47s attention and arouse his curiosity. And in the end, he got his memories back and he loved his brother! I still dont believe that 47 would have let grey inject him with a unknown substance, especially when its established that 47 really dont like Syringes. I don’t like it.

It’s because he trusts him

…the man he is out to kill, because he tricked 47 and the Agency? Sounds like a stupid idea too me, but maybe i have trust issues

But you literally see how that trust is deserved…?

I still wonder if the post Haven Cutscene was just terrible directed or was even IO not sure if Grey would betray 47 or not?

I would have preferred that, its a shame how Grey killed himself halfway through.

A betrayal would have been a trite cliche. Ooh can’t trust the people closest to you like that’s not depression masquerading as depth.

But yes, Grey was gone far too soon, and I don’t entirely trust 47’s take, that “he made it count”. He was scared, pure and simple. Makes the mercs comments on the train even worse.

I reckon IO knew how it would play out, but intentionally made it more vague than it needed to be to leave us on a bigger cliffhanger. Did Grey betray us? Didn’t he? Tune in to H3 to find out

Agreed. That said, the resolution of the Haven cutscene felt very anti-climactic, with The Constant being freed by a random sailor whom we never actually saw.

As I said before I would’ve preferred it if Edwards and Grey had been secretly working together to destroy Providence. Grey gets his revenge and his friend back and Edwards gets the money and the assets. Then Edwards betrays Grey because he actually wanted to take over Providence. That way the scene from Haven makes more sense but Grey is still loyal.
