Oh yeah I’m with you too! Even though it won’t have the huge US map, which is its predecessors’ main feature, the environment looks pretty neat and more detailed with all the terrains and biomes the Hawaiian island offers. And despite boats and planes will still be part of the game, I think going back to focus on representations of different car cultures is a great idea as well, which may draw attention from automotive enthusiasts like us! I think I will get this game on Day 1.
Annapurna has announced their first game developed in-house and they’re starting with a little franchise called Blade Runner.
No word on a timeframe, so it might be awhile.
Annapurna Blade Runner Game??!! OOOOHHHH
Not like I have much freakin time for games these days, but I have been somewhat excited to see what Starfield has to offer. I’m pretty much a a BGS noob, too.
However, it sure looks like I’ll be playing it over the cloud, because my XBSS cannot fit a 130G game, not by a long shot.
Thanks for pointing out that he is part man and part machine, videogame trailer. I thought Robocop was part plant and part plasmatic entity.
Well, that is Robocop’s slogan. Not that he says himself, but it’s the main tagline from his original trailer and poster: “Part Man. Part Machine. All Cop.” Closely followed by: “The Future of Law Enforcement.”
I am very well aware of that. I was simply making a joke.
Oh. You sounded earnest, and I’m assuming you’re younger than me. Thought it was possible you weren’t aware.
He bamboozled you old man
I quite possibly Shanghaied him as well.
Oh, both of you whippersnappers get fucked.
Get off my lawn, hooligans!
Just saw that Jagged Alliance 3 is coming to next gen consoles. I doubt many in this forum played the original and its sequel, but they were excellent turn based tactic games with a fun cast of characters. The PC version is getting good reviews from both critics and users, so I am confident. I think if you are a xcom fan, you should get this game.
A proper gameplay trailer for Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. This is indeed what I was hoping to see on the last stream. It feels really nice to see players having control of turning signals!
The Talos Principle II has a release date, just over a month from now, on Nov. 2. And Steam and Epic have the price (before modest pre-order discount) at $30 (US), which is nice.
A reminder to self: Finish The Talos Principle.
Or, since I last played it a few years ago, Restart The Talos Principle.
OR, most likely: add it to the Pile of Shame/Backlog.
ex-Battlefield devs’ new multiplayer game The Finals entered open beta yesterday! It runs for just under a week and a half, too! Neat!
I downloaded it and put a couple hours on it on my PC. I actually had a really great time with it. Put the settings on medium, encountered no issues whatsoever, which is great for an open beta. The teams of three idea works very well, and I imagine if you play with a couple friends with voice chat, have proper coordination, you can work really well.
