We have one of those DIY breakfast egg sandwich makers. Always love making these every now and then (aka an Egg McMuffin at McD’s)

We’re having our thanksgiving this Saturday, but work provided a decent spread today. The stuffing mash potatoes were excellent. No booze for flight crews :airplane:, but we’re home now and about to hit the pub!

Am I crazy for wondering why it’s always lemon meringue and key lime? Why can’t I have all that spun sugar and eggs on top of lime and just a dollop of whip cream on top of a sturdier lemon pie?
