We’re having our thanksgiving this Saturday, but work provided a decent spread today. The stuffing mash potatoes were excellent. No booze for flight crews
, but we’re home now and about to hit the pub!

Am I crazy for wondering why it’s always lemon meringue and key lime? Why can’t I have all that spun sugar and eggs on top of lime and just a dollop of whip cream on top of a sturdier lemon pie?

Made a spinach and ricotta lasanga. It’s very tasty! (and yes: eating it in front of my pc, still have to work for a few more hours…)
Had a proper Fish&Chips at some restaurant in London today, but forgot to take a picture of it ![]()
Though it was good and tasty in spite chips was less in amount than the fish ![]()
It was enormous. Wish chips was a bit more. Enjoyed it
