I Grilled 18 Burgers tonight. Three different types.
- Oklahoma fried onion burger
- A more classic Cheese Burger
- A West coast style burger
Sadly I don’t have pictures, I didn’t have clean hands to handle my phone. But they where all good.

Lettuce wraps instead of sandwiches. I’m crying bc I love bread, but we are out. No photo b/c it’s so so sad.

Made more cookies today. The recipe book I used just called them Chewy Chocolate Cookies.
I also may or may not have made a mess by dumping too much of the powder in the mixer at once.

Elvis Burger at Graceland
A “deep fried cheese patty,” two meat patties, more cheese, honey ham, smoked bacon, and berry jam. You can’t even see the deep fried cheese thing under the top bun and the tons of honey ham below the last patty. It’s gotta be a heart attack. I’m gonna have a heart attack later I just know it

Spicy tuna roll at one of the world’s most expensive aeroports. I didn’t notice till after I ordered it that it was cheaper than the beer… so does that mean it’s gas station sushi that they put on a fancy plate? I guess I’ll find out

Yesterday we went for Five Guys. The experience I had in Berlin five years ago was awesome. Sadly this time the patties were under seasoned. It did hurt the experience.
Today we went for Shake Shack, it was my first time there. I went for the classic Shack burger. This was by miles the best experience of the two. Even if they were uneven footing. A bit more salt would have levelled the playing field.

Should you ever find yourself in Chicago give me a ring. The burger at the Loyalist is the best burger I have ever had. I’ll take you there.
