thatās not saying much really. they still wouldnāt have a majority in a hypothetical snap election, even with a 6% lead in the polls (down from around 9% peak). collapse in support from scotland scuppers that. plus, polls have yet to take borisā handling of ukraine into account (not sure how thatāll swing things).
yeah, im not a fan. heās obviously the party over compensating for corbyn attempting to return labour to a leftward stance, but on that same token, he is preferable to the tory cabal running things atm just based on a few policies (human rights, etc.)
voting is less about supporting prime ministers or finding parties that represent your views 1:1; itās about local elections, what they can provide for your community and voting for the least worst party overall.
whatever my issues with current labour, especially as a credible opposition, they demonstrably didnāt get swathes of people killed via austerity and slow covid response.
Have heard a few words with no details in our local tv news program about UK is being able to accommodate a refugees from Ukraine.
With some help from Google found couple of websites that describe the procedure, but all those regulations always were hard for me to process. However with a hope of something works out I left an application to be reviewed as a possible candidate to move to UK.
If this works out, I hope this is a chance for me to fulfill my childhood dream to move to UK.
Will try to dig out as much information about this as possible.
Who knows, maybe this works out.

My favorite YouTuber, an Australian Guy who goes by the name āMrGstar321ā has returned from the dead after 3 Years. He never gave any explanation or anything, he just disappeared suddenly and now heās back also without any explanation. What an absolute Legend.

Maybe I would have gone there, but as far as I know Germany does not accept ukrainian refugees at the moment, though I might be mistaken here
From the looks of it Germany and pretty much all EU countries and the UK accept Ukrainian refugees.
In Romania there are job offerings for those in need and children can attend kindergarten / school so I guess itās pretty much the same in other countries too.
Actually, the friend of ours in Odesa I talked about a while back is now in Dortmund. I even heard there are families willingly accepting Ukrainians in their homes until they get a stable situation.

We didnāt come to a consensus yet.
To be frank we donāt want to move anywhere, but every time when we hear alert or volleys/explosions the question arises again and again. Starts getting a bit annoying. Because when itās calm nobody wants to go, when something going on most of them nearly packing suitcases.
I hate uncertainty. My suitcase is already packed and ready to be picked any moment.
But I canāt leave everybody and go on my own at these times
