What's New....?

IIRC you were pretty slender pre Covid. Does the 15 suit you ok, or are you itching to drop it back off your body? I was NOT pretty slender. Not fat, but not slender. My 15 certainly puts me over the place I’d like to be and I want it off :joy:

Not really, the general idea is that many separate topics of particular nature serve better than vague topics with “general” content when it comes to topical discussion.

Example: A thread on escalations in the hitman trilogy could go in Hitman 3 (2021) or Hitman General and then people who are particularly interested in discussing escalations can find it, rather than digging through a 900 post topic to see if they can still reply to it without it being weird.

Ah, cool.
I’ll see about opening a thread for that, thanks!

My general rule of thumb is to ask myself “will this spark 500 posts, if not, then I’ll post it in an existing topic even if that means leading with “I’m not sure exactly where to place this.”

Someone has a deathwish it seems

My first playthrough of Skyrim was also without the unofficial patches and after 200+ hours I was unable to complete several quests without using the console to end them.
It just works.

Well I hope you get it off then!! I need to lose about 2 stone. I’m just under 15 and would look/feel much better at 13.

Having trouble sleeping… for some reason…

Yeah, the result here was just the bed shook for about twenty seconds and the walls creaked a little (not unlike in a strong wind), it does however tend to magnify the insomnia if you’re already awake when it happens.

People in California give the ground the stinky eye every time they walk on it.

Now I’m wondering how strong are winds in NZ? Or is it the house that’s fragile.

Wellington is literally the windiest city in the world.

I live on a hillside that operates as basically a wind tunnel so we get gale force winds blasting through every now and again - generally the house just creaks a bit like it’s settling etc, and its mostly due to temperature difference than the impact of the wind itself.

It is significantly more dramatic for the people on the north-east coast though who are being warned to evacuate out of tsunami zones until risk can ben confirmed as passed.

Can’t imagine it being more windy then the aera I grew up in. Cycling to in a big open area to and from well everything, no matter what direction I traveled there was headwind.

That said I helped me develop some strong legs.
