I don’t assume we’ll get another new ET, let alone a Celebrity one, but off the top of my head I’d wishlist Conan O’Brien. Maybe plus Andy Richter in a cameo or as a second target.
He would have been a good choice (in terms of crosspomotion potential) this year actually, after his well-received travel show on Max and his appearance on Hot Ones.
So much to unpack here. Please pardon me, mods, while I momentarily do a slight derail of the thread:
He is absolutely afraid, like every spotlight-grubby wealth whore. He’s afraid of looking incompetent (which he is), he’s afraid of losing the spotlight, and he’s afraid of progress in the world that doesn’t come from him because it might lead to someone taking his money away through taxation.
He is not flowing with any form of dominance. He had one decent idea, had other people put it on the market, has told other people what to invent since then and bought anything his people couldn’t make for him, and gets inaccurately lauded as a genius as a result at the expense of other people who are actual geniuses that don’t sign the checks (for the record, these exact same words can be used to describe Steve Jobs).
All billionaires are the same. All of them. All of them had help; there is no such thing as a self-made anything, and certainly not a billionaire. Every one of them got their wealth through unethical and immoral means, whether directly or inherited, just from the fact that they are billionaires and have people working for them to keep supplying that wealth, nevermind the rest of the shit they do. All of them claim to oppose big government, which is why they both support and oppose the conservative right (look how that works out), but also don’t want to pay taxes on their wealth or be busted for shady practices in stock market trading, which is why they both oppose and support the liberal left (look how that works out).
Elon Musk is not funny. He’s not clever, he’s not witty, he’s not interesting. He’s an awkward loner who suddenly has money and attention and has no idea how to act like a normal human being (for the record, these exact same words can also be used to describe Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and to a lesser degree, Bill Gates. I don’t include Trump only because he’s not a real billionaire). He cursed his own child by giving them a fucked up name, solely as a stunt where everyone will know that is Elon Musk’s kid, while showing no faith in his child to be able to achieve their own greatness or differentiate themselves. He bought Twitter, gave it a stupid name, and is running it into the ground solely because people on it were allowed to make fun of him, but he wasn’t able to say anything back in such a way that didn’t break the rules of conduct that could get him suspended, so he decided to just buy it so he could make the rules. And now every idea he’s had and every company he owns is on the decline, because he got lucky once in his life and has no idea how to keep repeating it.
I would also love to have him as an ET, just so I could do what Hitman does, to him. But, I also don’t want any of my money to go to him from my entertainment, so I’m fine with just keeping that wimpy loser Tim Quinn from the latest ET, who thinks he’s a badass when he’s not, as the closest proxy.
I don’t want any celebrity and especially no fuckin influencers or streamers as ET. It’s pure cringe.

I really want to see Bigmooney get an Elusive Target of his own. I think if youre going to pick ONE guy to represent the community while i mean no disrespect to the speedrunners like Urben, Atrioc, CJgarof, etc. or some of the classic Hitman content creators like AuzzieGamer or Manyatruenerd I think BigMooney just represents someone everyone likes. I hope they do manage to get him, now I dont know if they will because I think the purpose of Celebrity ETs is to reach beyond the bubble of the Hitman fanbase and get people into the brand but I do think the guy deserves it for being a great guy and a fun creator
I’m imagining a new kind of Elusive target: the Community Elusive Target. IOI can choose one of us and transform it into an ET. It’s just a little fantasy crossing my mind. Nothing serious obviously
I’m putting my 2 cents in where each cent represents one ET. I’ve already mentioned them, so I’ll repeat that: Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton. In my head, they should be two true-crime podcasters, who actually stage the crimes they discuss. They’d appear in Dubai, and would be VIP’s that’d meet with Sheikh or other VIP. I’d probably go even further than them just voicing them: I’d probably let them to be written or co-written by themselves. I think their style of black comedy and writing would fit with Hitman series.
Ooh true-crime related people would fit perfectly into this game.
Is there some forensic expert that gets interviewed a lot and is as a person quite unique? We have such a person in Germany but I guess he plays no role somewhere else.

That is a TV show that is based on actual crimes from the point of view of the detectives. Either as a movie with actors or as a series of interviews of the actual police who worked on the case, forensics, witnesses etc.
