The most annoying NPC is the one who walks on you when youre already standing somewhere then has a problem with personal space, especially in the middle of a showdown and in public when youre unable to deck the bloody f-er right across the face with a spiky briefcase

You can kill him and keep SA. Just let him follow you to a shop and when he is going up stairs you shoot him in the back of the head with a suppressed 9mm.

The voices without body in missions like the previously mentioned Oooohh my Goooooood, the Look Daniel, (s)he’s nice! or whatever the hell that wretched says.

Its sadly why i cant enjoy playing miami where im just soaking up the atmosphere which is ready ready goood!

Whenever starting Marrakech at night, there is one food vendor or shop person… By a stall selling spices, I believe. You’ll always hear him say
“…who have worked day and night, for YOU!”
And the next words one could imagine is something along the lines of
“…You ungrateful swine! How dare you not buy my goods!”
