You’ve got to love 47 and Diana doing double work on Don Yates!!! That gets my vote!! 
We’ve never seen Diana get her hands dirty before with targets either so it made it more cool.

All of these choices are great and I can still add to the list, but this is one time where I know my exact answer.
Summary
For me, the top of the top still came at the beginning.
Sending “Jasper Knight” into the stratosphere during the safety test was fucking amazing!
