If you had put him in Hitman 2 I wouldn’t have removed him and I would have voted for him to the end, but in Hitman 3 he’s a fixed, uninteresting target.

But…this isn’t about the map they were placed on? It’s about the target as a whole. Arthur Edwards had scenes throughout the entire trilogy, including Isle of Sgail. It’s the same character, the only thing that’s changed is the map

Yes, Arthur is Arthur, but I don’t vote for the character, just like I removed Penelope, Penelope wasn’t a bad character, she actually had a good character but was weak as a target, Arthur is also weak as a target in Romania and that’s why I want to remove him, if he was on the Hitman 2 list I would definitely vote for him because he has one of the best Hitman interactions but in sgail no Romania

The problem is: He’s not a target in H2. I get your point. He’s a semi boring target in H3 (at least you have different options to kill him - or let him live). I try to vote on a mix of the character and of the kills. That’s why he’s rated high in my book.

My problem is that I think the blue targets are the targets, just with a different approach. We have to kill the red people and keep the blue people alive. Now you all insist that the blue targets are not the targets. I agree.
I understand your second point, you’re looking for a high variety of kills, but I’m looking for variety in reaching the target and creative ways to kill the target along the way, whereas Arthur in Hitman 3 is just a static target, I don’t like static targets at all.

You’re not wrong, but he’s still “the main baddie” in the whole thing. He’s on your side briefly a couple of times, then he is not. Tons of emotional weight. Too much to see him out in the first round if you ask me.
