I’m pretty sure I have seen a SA/SO run that use the meeting opportunity. 47 press the button in his suit just fine. Must be a bug on your part.
I have used the meeting opportunity to do an SA/S0 run. I don’t think you can hit the button though unless you reschedule the meeting and then wait till both guys arrive and start chatting, which is too bad. The secluded room could serve other purposes too.
I did wait, must have been a bug. I was literally crouched right behind them as they were sitting on the couches and the button stayed greyed out.
Open question for you folks,
Is Omar Al Ghazali the same Sheikh that we saw in Paris and Miami?
I know his name has been changed before, and maybe it has again. It seems really strange that IO wouldn’t have put him this mission otherwise, it’s literally his building and would have been a nice way to end his arc
I think he’s a different sheik as you’d presume if ioi wanted the continuity from Hitman 1 & 2 they’d have kept the name or appearance somewhat similar to his previous appearances.
You can. You definitely, definitely can, because I’ve done it. @Kevin_Rudd
But Ingram and Stuyvesant have to be in their “sitting down” mode while also keeping completely unseen while pushing the button. It’s very touchy though.
The one in Paris and Miami is supposedly Sheik Salman Al-Ghazali.
In contracts mode though the one in Miami is named “Abdul Suleiman”. I always thought he might have been a body double which inspired me to make this contract back in HITMAN 2:
Omar Al-Ghazali is fat, has an American accent, and vaguely resembles a bearded Jack Black. I think he’s meant to be some kind of bastard distant cousin, as Omar says in the speech: “I’m one of the less favored members of the family.”
LOL, I was playing the chef featured contract and when I snapped the kitchen dude’s neck he did the pretend “gk” sound with his mouth from the training missions
Speaking of the training mission, I was playing through the escalation on guided training and there is a pair of NPCs discussing the Stuyvesants’ art collection, though they pronounce the name very differently.
Thought this map was a decent introduction to the game. Probably my least favourite of the 3 I have played so far but still a good map and I am looking forward to replaying it.
https://youtu.be/aiAt3ohJlcM Josh Ort-Meyer who’s a genius uploaded this. I noticed the bodies got caught in the camera but wasn’t counted against him. Does that mean they’d finally fixed the camera bug?
Ingram’s early route is interesting, in that it doesn’t seem synced with the mission timer, but rather on a timer from when the Sheikh starts speaking. So if you’re starting in the lobby, Ingram leaves his balcony and heads upstairs at about 0:45. But if you start as an art crew member, Ingram lingers on that balcony for at least a couple minutes, affording you the time to get a maintenance or soldier disguise and push him over the ledge.
I’ve only just unlocked the penthouse starting location, but my assumption is that there’s some sort of trigger for Ingram to head upstairs when 47 reaches the penthouse, so you aren’t waiting forever.
When the choice of lamp design makes hapless NPC’s look like enforcers.
Fools me every time I run up the stairs to the Black Gold bar.
Five enforcers mingling in the crowd
Oh no, just lamps again.
I fall for that every single time too.
Yea they should have made those lights cube shaped or maybe just that yellow street light colour or some other colour. Oh well.
Found out that this was a nice way to take out Ingram, not too hard either. Getting the gun was actually the hardest part due to the random head turning of that guard, but I couldn’t lure Ingram without it when practicing.
or it just IOI doing this on purpose, mischievously
I just hit it today wearing suit only. You might have to wait for them to sit down and start talking
