Since the Target does #1 in the corner… I’m reminded of a mechanic this game needs. Place an electric-shock item in the item used for urination.

The hackers were asking to leave the room because they had to pee, but they were immediately stopped by security because they had to stay isolated until after the auction.
Then a few seconds later I threw an emetic grenade and the target left the room and walked all the way to the upstairs toilet, walking passed the auction and everything.
That security guy is getting fired.

Snow Crash was a bit of a bitch. Did they add guards to this or was their always that many? Either way I made up for some really lost time and managed to get an SA (I screwdrivered the white hat on my OG run).

Nah, there has been these extra bodyguards since 2016. They, the cameras, and the keycard locked door are not there in the normal Showstopper. Anyway, congrats on getting SA!

I knew the camera and the keycard door were there but I don’t remember the bodyguard in the room. I wonder how I dealt with him the first time…

Started at the attic. Used kalmer on 2 guards in front of the room where jam loving dude is staying. Used another kalmer on white cap and other guard and executed the black hat with Kukri knife. Left with the chopper.

Actually, to be fair, my #TeamNoRestarts policy only applies to new ETs that I haven’t played before (including technically ‘new’ ETs: so I’d treat The Undying Returns as a new ET with #TeamNoRestarts rules in full effect). For re-run ETs that I had already played before (i.e. any previous H1 ET in H2; and any previous H1/H2 ETs in H3) I’d allow myself to restart if I needed a particular location’s suit etc. It’s that first run that I am so set on being the particular brand of all-or-nothing adrenaline rush that only comes from a #TeamNoRestarts attempt.
(As an aside, I am 100% - no, 200% - in favour of all ETs coming back into the game to be replayed as many times as you like once live support for HITMAN 3 ends. I want to see all of them back in the game as permanent content for the ‘end state’ of the WoA trilogy.)
But yeah, I am glad that the one thing I’m known for on HMF is my staunch #TeamNoRestarts policy whenever a new ET rocks up!

Sadly even if I had wanted to restart after my screw-up on The Black Hat, I’m playing HITMAN 3 on Stadia, so the ‘disconnect your wi-fi trick’ wouldn’t have worked for me regardless! )

Started on the top floor in the auction room, went through the attic, knocked out the bodyguards around the area then gave him a SilverBaller bullet to the head.
Changed back into my tuxedo then went to the exit.
Silent Assassin rating!

Started at the default entrance (I had S1 on PC but transferred to console on S2 because I felt it fit the game better), I brought my trinity black pistol, kalmer in a briefcase and a couple of coins (Don’t forget the imperial classic suit!), looked for a way to get to the attic for about 3 minutes, found this pipe in the back, highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t unlocked the auction start. Walked into the attic (fire these guards, seriously. They don’t even do their job), avoided a couple guards, distracted then knocked out the two guards guarding the black hat’s humble adobe, walzed in, used the kalmer on the guard and the other guy, and then shot the black hat in the back of the head. Just like hoffa! Then I just avoided the guards again and backtracked to the gate exit.

Thankfully didn’t have to miss this one

Decided to turn this whole thing into a low budget magic show. In other words: I made whitecap kill the blackhat by using a ““magic trick””. In the end it turned out amateuristic, but I love how silly it all looked. My video of this run will be up somewhere this week.

I recommend it! There’s nothing in gaming quite like the feeling of going blind into a new ET and committing to the idea of death or glory with no second chances!

WHOEVER got the SA challenge before it was fixed should get the suit, as the way it functions is if you have badge you have item. In theory, everyone should have their tux now
