I am looking forward to this one! Ewan McGregor does such a good job channeling Sir Alec!

I like it when they incorporate characters from the animated series into the movies

Not really a fan of live action inquisitors they look weird. They should of stayed animated or kept in video games.

Grand Inquisitor looks a little fat around the face for someone who is very gaunt looking.

It’s this or nothing I say. Remember all the talks about Cad Bane not being blue enough

I was happy just for the fact he was shown and had the original voice actor, Corey Burton :slightly_smiling_face:

Remember, spinning is a good trick!

It says limited series so I wonder if that means 1 season and done?

One 6 Episode Season with each episode being rumored to be a hour long.

I wonder if Andor will be similar.

I just realised where I knew the Fennec Shand actress from! She played Chun-Li in the JCVD Street Fighter film. Unbelievably she’s 58 years old now; still looks great.

There are so many great characters from the Animated show, it really helps drive them forward that Dave Filoni is Executive Creative Director and Executive Producer. The Inclusion of Ashoka and soon Thrawn bridges the films and animated series together.

I hope if they ever attempt doing that in live action. It’s a more “grounded” version, like a force jump with a spinning saber. Not them playing a Helicopter. Then again it would be a great…wtf moment.

I think it’s a great that they interoperate them into live action. There are many great Inquisitors, which can serve as lesser darkside users for Obi-wan and other Jedi to fight against. Without having to rely on Vader or Palpatine solely.

That is the only real complain I have with his appearance, it doesn’t really match the other live action version we saw of his race Pau’an on Utapau from Epsiode 3. He’s still one of my favourite characters from Rebels, I look forward to seeing him again.

Andor will have multiple seasons, it was announced long ago that K-2SO would not feature in the first seasons. Alan Tudyk (voice) revealed as much a few years back. Meaning that a season two is planned,

As long as they use Lars Mikkelsen for the voice actor then I will be happy. I won’t mind if they don’t get the right blue for his face like with Cad Bane :joy:

I maybe shouldn’t complain to much about it, since I’m not going to watch it anyways, but…why didn’t they use Trilla?

The timing can’t be that far off, or am i mistaken?

EDIT: maybe I’m just stupid and this is her?:joy:

Fallen order takes place 5 years after Revenge of the Sith. Dunno how old is Luke in the Obi - Wan trailer
For some reason she reminded me of Cere when I saw the trailer for the first time

If the rumours holds true, then that will indeed be the case. His voice is the perfect fit for the character, calm, soft voice, calculated, well spoken and still menacing.

Why?

Jedi Fallen Order takes place 5 years after Revenge of the Sith. Obi-wan Takes place about 10 years after Revenge of the Sith. At this point in time, Trilla sleeps with the fishes. Also even if they took place in the same time period, Trilla would be hunting Cal Kestis and The Mantis Crew. A much more personal hunt for Trilla.

5 years and death stands in the way.

A real Star Wars Fan knows that no one’s ever really gone, somehow Trilla could return - cloning, dark secrets only the Sith knew :joy:

Idk, i feel over saturated with Star Wars over the last few years, it’s just too much. Back in the 90s/00s whenever a new Star Wars Movie was announced it was like a really big thing, a cultural happening.
Now i feel like every week there are like 4 new shows and so on, it doesn’t feel special for me anymore.

I’m drowning in SW Series to watch but i hunger for some decent new Star Wars Games

I’m quite sure that Trilla wasn’t told the story of Darth Plaguies the wise, it’s not a story a Sith Master would tell a Dark side pawn. Plus to be fair it took Palpatine and his cloners over 50 years to “perfect” the cloning and essence transfer technic. I doubt that 40 years before his return he would manage to clone Trilla and even care to

Take a break, watch what sounds appealing.
