Didn’t checked it, muy interesante, will check it but I’ll do it when I’ll get the opportunity, if anyone else wants to do so go ahead.
Does anyone know if the spot Leaders escape to is always the same on a given map?
I have an idea about first clearing that spot (if necessary) and then placing a bomb in a briefcase there in the case of an escape.
Yes, both security office safes still have the keycard. The safe in the sheik’s room is empty, if I remember correctly.
An empty safe, what a missed opportunity.
“Just don’t tell your mother”
BIG understatement.
So I can’t remember if I read these things on this forum today, or on the subreddit, but:
-
When you are near a suspect that is actually the target, a jingle will play - similar to when you’re near a crate. It will only play for the target.
-
If you’re struggling to ignite the fire oil accident - place something metal in the oil like a gun or a knife or a pipe. Shoot the metal item and it will cause the oil to light 100% of the time.
Ah…so someone else noticed that too? The jingle…
That’s the guy I got the piggy disguise from in the CTT, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen him spawn now despite killing like 30 Berlin targets :x
I was curious about this so I did Alt+F4 on a Showdown to test it (didn’t complete any objectives so my progress wasn’t tainted with cheating). I was able to get them to go to different exits depending on where they were in their route when it was triggered. Wasn’t always just the closest exit like I expected either.
I just did my first alt+f4.
Was doing a run with the “Silent Assassin - No Firearms” Prestige, “Don’t pacify” and just you know, a really challenging combo in Dubai.
Had made it a long way without pacifying anyone when I all of a sudden got a non-target kill and a body found and the camera just cut to a white suited guard falling in blackness.
I don’t want to cheat but that is just some broken ass shit.
When it comes to finding the leader, i don’t bother with description of the suspects. Tells are the only thing that matters, as only real target has both tells that we are told. Of course i use some of 4 descriptions to quickly mark some suspect as non targets if those descriptions are obvious.
But tells are the way to go for me.
Completed my first campaign in Paris.
Was kinda weird, ruled out all suspects but two.
One looks like the target but could not find out the tells because he is stuck alone at a meeting point.
The other… well, ran off the map. I saw her doing it, was too confused to catch her. But luckily she was not the target, otherwise I probably would have Alt+F4 for the first time.
Was one of those locations Dubai? If the safe is in the cloakroom at the entrance, you have to lockpick deposit boxes for some of the evidence.
OMG, that LVL 100 on the back of the “ultimate” suit is so bad.
That’s one way to discourage grinding.
I think it’s kinda funny. You grind to 100 and all you get is that stupid jacket. I made the joke about the trope earlier on, but this is pretty much it, without directly saying it.
I got that once too! I was so confused, because i was up in the penthouse, I hadn’t planted any bombs, or set any traps, and all of sudden “non target kill”. And random white uniform guard dies.
???
Throwing Shaman Powder on a vendor resets “timed silent takedown” like it’s any other NPC lol
I also had that happen just a little bit ago today. So weird! Guess a guard must fall off the level. Does it happen in the main mission?
Sometimes. I also had that happen in a featured contract once.
