What about gas powered generators?
Not every area of a skyscraper has railings around it and that picture shows a short handrail. Also you missed the ladder on the strut at the edge of the photo that feels more important to mention

Why? A drum of oil holds enough to power a generator at full tank a few times over and they are clearly packing up he construction materials but I mean who cares? They are there because a game needs to happen at some point
But it isnāt a refutation of my current reply. You just tacked on your counter-argument. In fact you did the same thing with the handrail as well.
I fail to see how that would impact a stationary fence or a person. Especially since I have no clue as to why you are bringing up wind speed. Unless you think Emirati are made of a paper and flutter in the wind.
Those must be some fantastically stupid construction workers then. Given its relative scale to the boxes stacked against it I would say it is at least chest or waist height which is acceptable for a guard rail on an under used part of the building.
There are plenty of buildings, roads and place that donāt have high or any guard rails at all.
That looks uncomfortable
Nothing new but nice cover by GI overall.
The dudeās office is suspiciously close to the helipad. Almost sure the helicopter will be his evacuation plan in case of an alarm.
Just like Hakan.
It really seems shortcuts are here just for the sake of exploration or whatever.
so⦠how are people feeling about the minimap?
i remember people didnāt like the colors of H2ās minimap. i never have the minimap on so i cant tell if the colors are different or not
Certainly the red bar is different to the magenta of H2. I think the yellow is a bit darker but I am not certain.
I will have it off again from the start on so I donāt mind it.
I like it, looks clean and crisp which is good, also like the yellow info bar at the bottom, sure it used to be red.
I guess that trespassing Icon is new. if I remember correctly it was just a text in HITMAN 2
but I donāt see any changes in colors
watch out, we have some bad asses over here
I like the new NPC color, black is much easier to read on a light colored map.
But the vignetting and color bleed are still terrible, I wish there was also a setting to disable those things, it makes the map a lot harder to read for no reason other than āaestheticsā.
The red looks better than the āhot magentaā from before, and I agree with @Urben that the yellow looks darker than before, but Iām still not a fan of those colors, or the all-caps used for the map text and objective text, again, itās harder to read for no reason.
I understand there have been UI / HUD improvements since 2016, but at least this has no vignetting or weird color bleed, and is much easier to read, even with the perforated lines around the map.
If IO wonāt give us settings then I will probably spend some time learning to mod the HUD / UI because I just really donāt enjoy the new look.
Yes, magenta is now red and yellow is darker (tending to orange)
thanks. i can see the difference now
you think thatās tough? for my initial blind playthroughs, i donāt even have my tv on.
