Hitman 3 DLC in the Works

I wonder how much work would be needed to make the church in WC a playable area. That would be interesting.

Yeah i think that about Sgail too, i’m thinking the same about Dartmoor, but they could rename the manor and pretend it’s a different one nearby :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

You would still have it on a smaller scale to get adjusted to where as a huge map can be quite daunting which can put off for new players.
Even in the maps with no god outfits the guards and high guard outfits have far fewer enforcers or in map choke points to think about . (Mendoza Mansion very few guard enforcers are there baring in the basement where they don’t move and can bend around them and get to the safe) which compared to H1 and 2 where enforcers were at more stricter or high guarded areas plus more roaming enforcers like the Hotel owner in Bangkok.

Same with the item placement in making sure new players don’t find an opportunity and then search for half the map for a screwdriver. Though for the record, I prefer the search and more logical placement of items and findings then just kinda there for player convenience.

I do wish H3 was harder but it does feel overall like they wanted to make the game considerably less daunting and be easier point of entry for potential new players/fans. That or time and budget limitations compared to H1 and 2.

Yes! Two hundred year old estates in the English countryside were built just like the American suburbs are today… every third home has an identical layout :joy:

Given alot of the houses use the same interior, Wonder if it is possible to add more interiors and gardens to the surrounding houses, even if to the ones on Cassidy’s street.

Also while shooting for ideas a Dartmoor Summer (England sometimes has sunny days) guest house with some caravans and food tents. Maybe even making a small TV series with a knock off Great British Bakeoff theme there. Target is the host of the show

‘47, this is Jamie Oliver , renowned cook and known for his healthy food. I don’t like his recipes, make him choke on it’.

Imagine if you could get his likeness, like the undying.

I’m sure he will be in IO’s celebrity guest budget allowance (Paul Hollywood…at a stretch) and can allow for more creative poisons and kills in a kitchen environment.

“His campaigns against child obesity has led to our clients loosing a non-considerable amount of money, but they can’t accept those profit loses. They have requested him to finally have his just-deserts. I will leave you to prepare.”

Maybe we underestimate IOI here. Maybe they will finish the tower in Mumbai for one, or add the Flamingo Hotel in Miami for an after-race mission around the cleanup crew at night, or go even further and give us a snow version of Whittleton or more.

That looks absolutely awesome!! Again this is good example of what we could potentially get in the future.

Yeah definitely, with them saying the following:

“I think for now we are not looking at new maps like the bank and the island. We’re more looking at using existing locations and reimagining them, twisting them. And this time around, we can use the whole trilogy”.

With them looking at reimagining levels, I’m guessing this could also be like when we got with Sapienza at night time in Patient Zero. We could get Miami for example in the torrential rain? Again just a small example of what could happen with IOI potentially using levels from across the trilogy.

Personally I don’t believe all content will evolve around Contracts and Escalations. I might be wrong and I will hold my hands up if I am, but I honestly believe we’ll get more content very much like the Patient Zero type campaign :crossed_fingers:

I wouldn’t go that far but who knows. Only time will tell

One of my fav things in Resident Evil, Metroid and Alien is a proper self-destruct sequence. Honestly, would love this in one of the Hitman maps. They can add more floors to the IOI Datacore going underground, creating an IOI “hive” or use the train map. Soon as you leave the beginning area, the A.I. on the train issues a self-destruct, insert a countdown timer and some awesome tense music:

There’s probably a reasonable chance of this happening - out of all of the unreleased ETs, Renzo and Orlando Caruso were the only ones that are (very briefly) in the Chongqing cutscene when 47 is wiping references to himself and Diana before uploading it. The only other explanation is that someone at IO messed up and didn’t realise that the ET hadn’t been released.

I still want a DLC with Lucas Grey. It can be a Patient Zero style with locations that already exist, but I want to play as him, looking more at his story. He was in Paris, he was in Italy, in Colorado, on Sgail, in Dubai. There are possibilities to put him there.

And a Halloween themed Whittleton Creek Level would be amazing! Just think about it with all those costumes and 47 ringing a bell saying “trick or treat?”

“The Grey Missions” would be awesome. Imagine the Halloween map with Ezra Berg stalking you while you need to complete some tasks.

The idea of a Lucas Grey DLC has grown on me.
First, a 47+Diana DLC would be complicated after the trilogy story is done. Even though it could simply be set in the past, the timing is weird.
Then, there’s the perfect opportunity to explore previous locations and Grey’s version of his story.

It’d be a gamble to release such a DLC as 47 has been the protagonist forever, but it’s a concept I’d love if it happens.

Yeah I read about that (though didn´t notice it myself). Some of those ETs would even make for a mini-campaign of their own… I watched footage of this one and aside from the Delgado Cartel, it also features Crystal Dawn and mentions Nne Obara, who is connected to Richard Ekwensi… (both set in Bangkok, but still).

I hope not :persevere: I´m really hoping all the ETs get released as permanent missions. Missed most of the H1 ones and would really like to catch up in detail on the extra lore they provide, as well as having more “regular” contracts not related to the main story.

Yes! Give me the scraps of lore so I can knit them into a cohesive canon. Faba was ex-MI6, wasn’t he? Maybe he gave Dalia the NOC list?

From the footage I’ve seen, it kinda makes sense that the mission was never released. There seems to a lot of different parts to it for an ET. It would be the “biggest” ET we’ve had with three objectives.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was repurposed into a Bonus Mission though. But then I can also already see the complaints that people had to pay to access a modified version of something that has been in the game since early 2018.
