Assuming that the new missions have something to do with Providence, maybe we’re going to explore their Greenland complex? The one the Ark Society build and Edwards wanted to use as new headquarter.

Technically already got that with Marrakesh, but I wouldn’t mind exploring an often unexplored reaction of Africa in media: Eastern/South Eastern Africa (not Madagascar).

Please be canonically set after the trilogy, just like the three bonus episodes had been set before the trilogy. It would be awesome to explore that relatively open-end to the story just a bit more, see what those two do now, etc. Maybe, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe, even get an idea of the direction the franchise goes to after this game. Like, back to “unconnected hits” etc.
But a new map is always a win, wherever it is! I dont think there is a single map that people say “well, that country wasnt a good idea”

The bank map. Plenty of people were disappointed that it was another US mission instead of taking place in Swiss.

Oh? I dont remember that to be honest, the only thing I remember was people (me included) bummed that it didnt have any outside part, not even a little balcony, terrace, or smokers area etc outside, backentrance or something.
Good to know tho, but Bank still was recieved good I think?

Man I so hope this becomes true. Africa is just so underrepresented in the game and series (and industry) as a whole. (Yes, we got Marrakesh, but it’s the only Africa map so far and culturally more of a Middle Eastern location really)
My personal hopes are for South Africa, and it’s not based on nothing. It featured in several cutscenes and was originally considered for a location.
So (South) Africa and at least one proper open snowy map (preferably a luxury ski resort) are all I would really want (pretty much given up hopes on Khandanyang, but who knows).

I’d prefer a place less diverse. South Africa still has so many European influences on its infrastructure and culture. I’d prefer a location that is fully, or at least almost fully African, whichever country and culture is chosen. Something more like how Marrakesh and Santa Fortuna and Mumbai didn’t shy away presenting the raw sides of their communities for flashier high rises or parties of the other locations.
I can understand that, though depending on the specific setting they would choose, I think they could still achieve that there. RSA would just be my personal preference since I´ve wanted to have a Hitman mission set there for a long time. But would be happy with any other (non-Arab) African location as well.
A safari map would be so beautiful

We’ve had so much great levels and environments throughout the HITMAN trilogy.
Only three things remaining to make the whole pack complete:
- A snow map to make a proper use of the whole winter content we’ve had
- A decent hideout for 47 to rest, check briefings and training
- An airport level to conclude the trilogy
And i think that the mission will be finally completed

I think adding a snowy map, possibly a ski resort and an airport, combined with updated contracts mode, dual ballers, a hideout and permanent elusive targets might make this game genuinely perfect

I’ll go on record as probably the only player who does not want a snowy map. Airport would be cool maybe, but snow? I don’t like snow and (regardless of the number of snow-related items they’ve unlocked) don’t think it’s needed at all. That’s just me though so no need to argue with my lone opinion.

I don’t really care where any new map is set as far as what part of the world. I would like it to either be an aeroport or a busy downtown section of a city. Imagine like Chongqing with many restaurants and bars and all of them are open. I had this idea that the target would not be on the map as the level started and would then show up, have dinner in one spot, go to a meeting at a bar or a club across or down the street, do something else and then leave. You’d have lots of ways to do the mission and there would be ways to pull out the target to a 4th or 5th spot (maybe by sending him an email about a meeting date change or faking something emergent etc).
