First thing you need to do is install the Simple Mod Framework. This is a mod manager.

Then install the Offline Elusives mod but not the one that the original uploader has uploaded. There’s a link for the SMF compatible mod in the description. Install that.

As for the free-cam mod, I haven’t tried any mods outside of Nexus mods, so can’t help there.
