Does anyone have a version of HITMAN 3 where the PE timestamp of HITMAN.exe is 6283A806? The version I have is 3.110.1, which has a PE timestamp of 6283A378.

I’m wondering about using the Lighting Ultimate mod for Hitman 3, though I’m new to this and I have some questions after looking it up.
One, I have H3 on Steam, so I’m wondering a bit about compatibility issues with that version. And two, looking at the screen shot of the options involved, what improvements does Vanilla + bring over standard? Lastly, does it fix (or at least remedy) some issues I’ve been having with the sniper scopes on indoor or dark areas (like reticule blooming and the scopes becoming foggy or hazy)?
Also, is this offline only or works both online or offline?

It will probably work on Steam and it works both in offline and online mode. I think Classic tries to restore the lighting back to before Hitman 2016 GOTY came out and Vanilla+ might just be modifications to the new version of the lighting (not 100% sure though).

I tried that mod and a sound mod last night. Both were awesome, especially the sound mod, but the graphics mod didn’t fix my one big graphical pet peeve with Hitman 3. That’s the haloing/cloudy scopes when sniper rifles are used indoors. Is there a mod that can actually fix that, or do I have to hope that IO takes note of how annoying it’s been on the PC version on Steam?
Also, I’d like for a mod that mods back in the sounds from a lot of the Hitman 1 weapons, namely assault rifles and SMGs. Those sounds sound so much beefier in H1 vs H3.

@Kercyx has done some ToD work, and with some oversight/tips and assistance from myself so it’s up to the mod’s usual standard, we’re able to bring you some new times of day to play with, along with some other stuff by me this update.
- Adds Mumbai - Chasing A Ghost: Daytime (by Kercyx)
- Adds Mumbai - Chasing A Ghost: Night time (by Kercyx and Kevin Rudd)
- Adds Haven Island: Night time (by Kercyx)
- Adds Dartmoor - Death In The Family: Sunny (by Kercyx)
- Replaces Chongqing Daytime with Chongqing Daytime Noodle Massacre version (by Kevin Rudd and Kercyx)
- Mod Manager now displays pictures of each ToD option
- Removes most “contracts mode” pictures added, to save a small bit of space
Chongqing Daytime Mk II (Chongqing Noodle Massacre):
- All puddles manually removed (Removes most electric puddle kills in contracts mode)
- Removes all rain sounds (or close enough)
- Wetness was built into every ground piece’s texture, so had to replace the textures of every piece of ground (resulting in a different look)
- All Lights/Signs were turned off instead of deleted
- Different sun position that actually lights up the main square and restaurant alley
- Removes some ‘fake lights’ IO put in some places like The Block

Eh, I’ll see if lots of people ask for it. They’re pretty small changes, and since I knew I was using my own duplicate brick I changed things directly instead of using the overrides system most of this ToD mod uses, so would take a little time to convert it over.
Also the sky is actually the same, but the fog/distant light was turned yellow/green which had a bigger effect than I expected
