This is extremely hypothetical, but if we arrived at a point where the Freeform Training Yacht could be added to a map, have its plywood textures and props replaced with ârealâ ones, and put in Freelancer as a non-showdown variant, which map would you like it to be a variant of?
[The map you pick would just be a backdrop, NPCs would be unable to cross from main map to yacht or vice versa, so likely it would still be fenced off to player]
- Paris - down where the boat exit is
- Miami - At any of the marina edges
- Mumbai - at some sort of waterâs edge there
- Haven Island - Surely could find somewhere?
- Chongqing - Down at the giant river
- I wouldnât want to play the yacht in Freelancer, wherever you put it

Easily Chongqing as in this Map, the Mission Area we got, is a waste of an Awesome Setting in my opnion. There are already 5+ Out of Bounds Areas Iâd explore more then the playable Area.
I think it could be very cool if the 3 snipers mode will be in freelancer in sandbox or maybe even Romania somehow

Can anyone tell me where/how npc data is stored? I would like names, starting coordinates, and their routine/walking paths if possible. Iâve been googling to no avail
Generally speaking, names are stored in the REPO files.
NPC entities in the maps themselves are assigned a repo id, which just grabs all their relevant info like name/images
Hereâs an example of a repo entry:

The NPC walk patterns, coords, and animations are all stored in whatever map theyâre in
REPO is just a massive JSON file, so you get it from IOâs servers whenever you connect in online mode, but you can override it with a modded copy in offline mode.
