Hello. I preordered the Hitman 3 Deluxe Edition for the Xbox One from Gamestop. They gave me a receipt with a code to redeem. However, when I redeemed the code, installed the game, and looked in my addons, I did not have the Trinity Pack pre-order bonus. It’s 7 days since I got the game, and I assumed Gamestop would email me the code for the Pre-Order bonus, but I still don’t have it.
Hi, Atomicrays. I don’t see a similar issue posted here, at least not on Xbox, as far as I know. I would like to ask you to post this issue again under the official technical support thread. It’s more likely that IOI may see your issue there. Have a nice day.
