Refund seems not to be avaliable in this dlc… I want my money back only after 7 min of this
Please develop your discontent into something other people can work with. What’s wrong with this DLC?
I feel its not worth that price, another escaltion mission
Well, that’s what it was supposed to be.
Doesn’t epics refund policy inkludes dlc’s?
Purchased directly through the PS store as the in game store wouldn’t let me buy the full collection. Anyone else had this issue?
everything is wrong , bad target placement , unskippable cutscenes , no map change except frog thingy etc.
I actually enjoyed the Greed Enumeration escalation. Probably not worth its price, but it’s the only escalation in the game worth playing multiple times.
There are at least 3 different playstyles to complete this escalation:
- the speedrunner way: you can exit as long as you kill just a single target, and despite other objectives appearing you can still get SA. I currently got #1 on the PC leaderboards of each escalation level that way.
- the intended way: the first targets of each level have no kill conditions or very easy kill conditions (unarmed kill requirement, or a kill using a weapon they drop when pacified). However following targets have more strict kill conditions like axe kill or pistol kill, but you can trade the coins you obtained so far to unlock tools that make your life a lot easier, like a concealable axe, a suppressed pistol (THE REAL GOLDBALLER) or electronic key hackers.
- the hoarder way: this one is required if you want to unlock all challenges, you have to kill all targets of each level, retrieve their coins and never lose a single one or trade them away since there are exactly 60 of them across all 3 levels (10 in level 1, 20 in level 2, 30 in level 3).
This is also the hardest method to complete the escalation as you have to go out of your way to meet the kill conditions. Level 1 has you to collect a lethal throw weapon, level 2 has you to move around a fire axe you can’t hide across different floors, and level 3 has you to kill 4 targets using an unsilenced pistol (and those targets include for example the helicopter pilot, so it’s definitely harder).
Overall good concept and decent fluff changes (like intros, the audio/image filters and the coins). It’s just that the escalation still feels a little cheap and I wish the price did the same.
EDIT: It also pales in comparison to the Berlin Egg Hunt escalation.
Ironically, this formula suggests Seven Deadly Sins is far too expensive. Based on the gameplay I have seen, it looks like I would be lucky to get just one hour of gameplay from this premium Escalation. On that basis, the formula would justify $1 at most.
Maybe if Travis and others reading the boards of too many complaints of price per value, the quality of the paid DLC content of the six remaining deadly sins will increase.
I actually quite like this one, but maybe the last level shouldn’t have an instafail “don’t get spotted” complication??? just a thought
Franly, same. So far a great time. Just wish the demonic voices were a bit less, surprising. I got distracted while having the camera on a target walking by and the voice scared me when I heard it. xD
I can confirm that The Devils Cane causes a Greedy Coin to drop everyone you hit someone melee with it (outside of the Escalation).
why cant i download this dlc i bought all seven and now i cant download it
Because theres only one released yet
For now it’s only Act 1 available.
Next Acts will be released over time.
As developers say, once per 4-6 weeks
I just bought the entire pack.I’m so predictable.
Made me feel like I sold my soul to the devil, but I’ve comforted myself by realising that I did that a long time ago already, when buying Hitman: Codename 47 for the first time.
I felt the same way when I bought the first sin. You prepare yourself to not do it, wait, it’s just another suit and a coin, and we already have a walking cane anyway, right?
Yeah. Didn’t last long didn’t it?
Thought it was alright, enjoyed the coin mechanic and general feel of it with the voice acting though I think this could of worked more by having more of a choice in what to spend the coins on like an exhibit of items to purchase with more targets added in the third level or a unique one at least
Also I feel what could helped more with the aesthetic in the lower levels below the glass floor (The out of bound ones) if it got filled with more and more gold as the escalation continues that would of been cool.
Though with the filter and glare I kinda hope it gets used as a special assignment for someone who is quite greedy. Added a nice dark feel to it.
It costs about the cost of a big jar of peanut butter.
So in terms of peanut butter currency:
Which takes longer to complete – eating a full tub of peanut butter with my bare hands or with a big spoon or fully completing this DLC ??? Which give me more heartburn post digestion ???
Which
