This is the error i get…I have been hooked up to internet every time but still doesnt update…

Description: Deluxe Edition content is not available. I bought the physical Deluxe Edition for PS4, but the Deluxe Escalations are not available to play. They’re locked in “Get Access” and the only option I’m given is to buy the Deluxe upgrade from the Playstation Store for $35. Likewise, the commentary tracks when present for a mission’s starting location are locked out the same way.
Steps to reproduce: N/A
Frequency: Persistent, but only presented after finally being able to connect to the servers today.
It’s extremely frustrating that they won’t even acknowledge that there is an issue even with so many people in this thread reporting it. I’m ok with them taking time to fix it, just let us know that they see our concerns and are working on a fix.

On PS4 the game consistently crashes in Berlin when attempting to kill all ICA agents. It has happened consistently with two completely different strategies.
Exactly! Hitman is one of my favorite games, I’m willing to wait a bit before refunding, but right now it just feels like I don’t know whether I’m days or weeks away from getting a patch that will let me play. Just an acknowledgement, even seeing it being added to their ‘Known Issues’ thread would be a huge improvement.

How bout sending us keys for that instead of trying to get us to spend money twice…
or just activating it for all hitman 3 owners just like they gave me hitman 1 2 times on epic now…
The server-side fix on 27/01 didn’t work for me; still getting same errors

Digital - Deluxe Edition
Description: When launching Hitman 1 missions, either the loading bar stops halfway through and eventually causes a hard crash of the PS5, or the game immediately closes with an error about corrupted data. I’ve tried cold booting the PS5, deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times, and performed a database repair via the safe mode menu.
Steps to reproduce: Crash happens when launching Paris and Sapienza so far. ICA facility seems to work properly as well as Hawke’s Bay from the Hitman 2 missions.
Frequency: Every time when launching those missions.
PLATFORM: Xbox One S, digital
DESCRIPTION: Frame rate is permanently capped at 30fps. Every other platform has the ability to unlock the frame rate, why don’t Xbox users?

Description : Upon loading the game when trying to connect to the server it will show a message entitled ‘Connection failed’. The description is along the lines of 'failed to fetch configuration information
Steps to reproduce: Start the game or try to go online
Frequency : Has happened since day 1. It’s never connected successfully…I still haven’t played the game cause I’m waiting on the fix…this is over a week now right?

Platform: PS5, Disc.
Description: I can’t play any levels from Hitman 1 or 2 on 3, despite owning the first two games on PS4 (1 is digital, 2 is disc, with the Legacy and Gold pass included). On Hitman 3, the Access Passes are not checkmarked in-game. When I try to download the Access Passes at that in-game store it says: “This content is unavailable. It may not be for sale anymore, or it may no longer be for sale.” When I download the Access Passes on the PS Store, they’re free, but even after they’re installed the levels are still unavailable.
Steps to reproduce: I have tried restarting the console several times and restoring all software licenses, but neither has worked. I’ve gone into the Hitman 2 in-game store tab to download that Access Pass, and downloaded the Hitman 2 Free Starter Pack from the PS Store, but neither has worked. I’ve removed and redownloaded all content twice, starting once with Hitman 2 and once with Hitman 3 (to see if the order made a difference), but nothing has worked. It’s also worth mentioning that my connection to the servers has been fine, and my progression has carried over without issue. It’s only the levels I can’t access.

Description : I found a bug in Chongqing
When I finish this challenge “Shortcut Inner Courtyard”,he was unlocked when I unlocked the door but when I reload my save because I was detected,the door was closed and now when I open this door the challenge is blocked on not unlocked.
Steps to reproduce: 1- You must saved before unlocked this door
2- Unlocked the door and after that the challenge will be accomplished
3- Reload your save of before
4-Unlocked again this door and the challenge will be blocked on not unlocked
Frequency : Always even before and after,I even try to finish this mission but nothing happen

Steps to reproduce: Installed Hitman 3, started Hitman 2, retrieved Access Pass for hitman 3, retrieved access pass for Hitman 1 GOTY, start Hitman 3, levels are still not available.

Once I hit the main menu I have 12 seconds of access before the message “Connecting to cloud server…” comes up then I get booted to the launcher.
To recreate start the launcher, launch the game, press a to start. wait in the menu for 12 seconds. Or start a level or load a save game. In 12 seconds you will be back at the launcher. Every time
