I ordered hitman 3 on 8th of January i bought physical edition and was supposed to get trinity pack as my pre order bonus i got the game last Saturday and still amazon.in people are not providing me the code on mail i might have contacted them 20 times every time false excuses they make which ia very annoying and embarrassing situation for they told you to contact square enix directly for code but you people are saying only the retailer from whom you have preordered the bit amazon have clearly mentioned everything regarding pre order bonus as in image also and features and details also on amazon.in this such small issue driving me like nuts as amazon is putting every blame on me i contacted the seller of the game also cloudtail india as they are not answering i would really appreciate and i beg you that kindly provide me the bonus code as gift to loyal customers of yours and amazon too please for heavens sake kindly help me out as amazon is not properly answering me in this concerned i shared the game photos and details also which is highlighting like anything on there site as on date also but they are themselves very confused and un copperative as they are clear on this issue so you do something as you people are big developers of games atleast this much you people can do for me as i have tried everything contacting Amazon.in people and seller to but with zero response and they are just blowing my brain like anything please help me with code if you wan’t i can provide you all complete details along with amazon invoice and all communications of there mail also please look into this matter on urgent basis iam not playing this game rite now because once i will get the code will install it on my xbox series x kindly do something asap as friend iam asking you as iam really very very upset on this small genuine issue.

Sorry Dennis when you say the issue are you talking about the Xbox store not making the H2 Standard Pass available for customers who own H2?

The Dartmoor challenge “Nothing as it Seems” won’t seem to work for me no matter what I do or how many photos I take during the meeting. Just doesn’t ever register. I’m on PC. I’m taking photos from every angle possible, with multiple zoom levels and different filters. Nothing triggers the challenge. Is this a known issue?

Description : I am unable to access the levels for Hitman 1 & 2, yet am able to access the DLC levels for Hitman 2 and transferred all my progress. I have tried to go to store for the Hitman 3 Access Pass and says I own it, yet will not let me download any levels or access them from the Hitman 2 already installed levels.
Levels not available: Entire Hitman 1 Campaign, Entire Hitman 2 campaign, Patient Zero campaign, Hitman 1 bonus missions, Himmelstein sniper mission.
Levels available: 2 sniper DLC missions, Hitman 2 special assignments, and the Golden handshake & Last Resort.
Frequency : Always

Description Same as several people above I can play online for approx. 10 seconds before I get the message Connecting to Cloud Server… and then my game restarts.
Plays perfectly offline so can’t see my internet being the issue

I own hitman 3 gold along with hitman 1 and 2 GOTY and access pass and legacy pass and all the extra stuff. I ported H1 and H2 over to H3. I played the first mission in H3 and I used some syringes that were unlocked in H2. I saved my game and today when I went to load it I recieved the load failed message. It says I need to have access to the following content: H3-H2 Gold. I own basically everything related to hitman. What more do I need to do to just play this game?

Description: I own HITMAN 2 on Steam and bought HITMAN 3 on Epic. I did the carry over process and it was successful. My HITMAN 2 progress carried over and I had access to the HITMAN 2 levels in HITMAN 3. After this I uninstalled the Steam version of HITMAN 2 and now my HITMAN 2 progress and access are gone from HITMAN 3. I tried reinstalling the Steam version but this did not fix it nor can I do the carry over process again.
IOI, can I at least get this awcknowledged? I am being blocked out of content I should be able to access even though I’ve followed all of the outlined steps to the letter. I’ve been fortunate enough to not have had any major server issues but this is something that really needs to be addressed as well.

Description : Whenever I launch the game (via the epic store, shortcut, or the .exe in the files) the Hitman 3 launcher opens normally, but when I try launching the game after that I get a black screen and get booted back to the Epic store after a couple of seconds. The weird thing is, I have been playing the game without a problem for a couple of days, but now it suddenly doesn’t work anymore
Steps to reproduce: Start the game, launch the game from the launcher.
Frequency : Happens every time. I’ve tried pretty much every common solution I could find. My drivers are up to date, windows 10 is up to date, I reinstalled the game, I ran the game as an administrator, and I even contacted Epic, who told me to come here. It’s just so strange how I didn’t have any problems before, and now it suddenly stopped working

Are you working on the IOI accounts as previously explained my email is linked in the game to IOI account for H2 as well as for H3 But when i use my email to recover password That same email is said not be linked to user, not recognized while in game it is !
Are you guys working on fixing the IOI accounts Its been almost 2 weeks now

I’m going through that problem too I had the access pass accidentally uninstalled it and now it wants me to pay I am on Xbox and own a physical copy of h2 and the starter pack of h2
Same thing to a T, I even tried reinstalling it on my SSD and nothing changed as well.

Description : The mission stories related achievements will. Not unlock. The same goes for the unlock 15 shortcuts. Almost all challenges have been checked for completion.
Steps to reproduce: i have no idea. Because the challenges and shortcuts are permanent unlocks, there is pretty much nothing you can “try again”.
Frequency : an achievement not unlocking is not related to any frequency, i think the problem is bad programming when it comes to the way the achievements check progress.
