HITMAN 3 - Technical Support

Platform: Xbox One

Description : Cannot enter any Mission. I always get the “unable to load the requested menu” Error. I can Play offline and go back online again.
I did restart the game and the Xbox, nothing changed

Steps to reproduce: try to start any mission while being online.

Frequency : for 2 days always.

Random inventory items are unavailable for missions.

Platform: PC / digital

Version: 3.30 (issue was also present in 3.20)

Location: all

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Confirm item is present in inventory (example: https://i.imgur.com/0jR4M2Q.jpg)
  2. Go into any mission planning screen
  3. Note that the item does not show up (example: https://i.imgur.com/CVbd0Ps.jpg)

Frequency: always

Additional info:

I currently have this issue with (at least – I have not checked every item) the Jaeger 7 and the TAC-SMG. I have previously (in v3.20) had this issue with the Enram HV CM.

I have also seen reports from other players who have this issue with other items than me (examples: Sieger 300 Ghost, Sieger 300 Advanced, ICA Woodsman Rifle Covert, Jaeger 7 Lancer, Broadsword).

Description : Cannot enter any Mission. I always get the “unable to load the requested menu” Error. I can Play offline. I can also load previous save files and complete mission I had already started; but cannot initiate a new one.
I did restart the game and GeForceNOW multiple times, nothing changed

Same issue for the past hours (I actually bought it today, so I only got to play Dubai once).
I have contacted support, waiting for their reply.

Any update on this? Did you resolve/bypass the issue? I have been having the same issue on PC.

So far it’s Xbox and PC, though I feel it may be happening on other platforms. The game is pretty much unplayable except for escalations. All of this happened after the latest update and at this point, they must be looking into that to see what caused it and how to fix it. The alternative is bad press, which would affect sales of not only H3 but also any future games.

Me again… still the same problem. Will submit another Player Support Request to IOI as well. I’m a little gutted that I can’t play this game anymore.

Platform: PS5, Disc

Description: Can’t finish ANY mission (ET, Seven Deadly Sins DLC, Contracts). Once I hit the exit prompt, I get a disconnected prompt, and when I reconnect the game is “fetching…” for about 30 seconds and then I get this error saying the menu can’t be loaded. This has been happening ever since I upgraded to PS5 with my PS4 disc.

Steps to reproduce: Complete any mission and exit

Frequency: ALWAYS. The game is unplayable, as is the Seven Deadly Sins Season Pass I paid for. And I’ve missed 2 ET so far and soon to be 3 if it isn’t fixed.

I know the feeling (Xbox). As I wrote earlier, I’m sure they are aware of this and are working to fix it because the alternative would be, well, I don’t think they want that kind of press.

I can’t play any maps, “unable to load requested menu,” I am on Xbox and I see many are also having this issue. Very frustrated at this point, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and no change

Still having the “failed to authorise account with server” issue. Had this for a couple months now and hoping IOI recognise this issue now others are having server problems. Please tell them to sort the game out, @Travis_IOI

Have you addressed to recently introduced HITMAN 3 Player Support Hub?

This issue was addressed 2 months ago too. I got told this (see picture for reference)


and am yet to see a resolution. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve lost any hope. Thank you for your concern.

In case it helps with troubleshooting I’ll say that I also play on the PS5 version obtained by upgrading from PS4 disc and I don’t have this problem.

Platform: PS4/PS5, digital and disc

Description : Post patch 3.30, there are still issues with Featured Contract unlocks. Prior to the patch, Tier 1, Track 5 showed 32/25 and I was unable to unlock the Arkian Tuxedo. After the patch, it was reset and it is unlockable. However, my progress for Tier 1, Track 3 remained checked, despite the counter being reset. I am unable to unlock the Red-Tie Kiwi because the challenge shows as completed already. It is not in my inventory.

EDIT:
Just got the Arkian suit to unlock (25 contracts) but the Ret-Tie Kiwi (15 contracts) is still not in my inventory.

Platform: PC (Digital)

Description: Crash to desktop when loading level or seconds after level starts, regardless of game settings

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a mission on any level
  2. Wait for level to finish loading
  3. Crash to desktop with error message

Frequency: This happens every time a level starts.

attached error message:
(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x0000000141185CED.

EDIT: I was actually able to fix this by increasing the page file size after noticing committed memory was hitting the limit.

platform: PC (Epic Games)

Issue: Game crashing on multiple levels. Mainly Sapienza.

Description: Base load out. Signature Suit, ica19, fibre wire, and coin. Load into level, the issue mainly occurs on Sapienza and Chongqing, and for some reason the loading bar will go halfway, stop, buffer for a second, and then crash my game completely. Issue occurs not everytime, but more often since the May 10th uodate.

steps to reproduce:

  1. Get a load out, any load out.
  2. Start loading into the mission
  3. Wait
  4. Watch the loading bar
  5. Restart the game and try again because the game crashed

The problem I am having is I can’t load up my saved levels anymore I can go on destinations but I have to restart the game every time why is this happening and on hitman 2 I can’t go on my loaded levels anymore either why?
