Not sure this counts as “art” but it is an idea I’ve had for a long while.
The Sleepy Duck™ (Sedative)
Now, this is merely and mostly a negative of the yellow ducker, with the bill isolated. That was one thing I wasn’t sure about, what color the bill should be. Seems the default bill works just fine.
If such a thing were in the game, I think it could/should work similarly to the sedative gum. Instead of it being detonated the target would pick it up, say a line like “Yeah, I am the MAN!” etc. then look around, but instead of popping it into their mouth like the gum - they squeeze it, it makes a cute squeak and releases a sedative gas, knocking them out. Maybe it would ‘poof’ like the Kiwi toys do when thrown, except poof in their hand so it wouldn’t fall to the ground to be picked up again.
A green emetic variant would also be a thing, but that would take me a lot more work than just copy/pasting into MSPaint. The bill would probably need a different color and (sculpt) to show it holding back… (you know). 
Or have the tongue hanging out.

Hi!
I’m not that big a player of Hitman but I’ve played most of them, I just don’t have the finger coordination for sneaky games, unless there is a Cover Bind, Hitman Trilogy has this…
