I always wanted to tell this story, but didnât see an appropriate thread until nowâŚ
4 years ago, December 2017, I was in Hokkaido training with the Japanese Army (as a guest), and one of my eyes got very bloodshot⌠when I was checked out I had a very high fever, and ultimately they took me to a hospital in Hokkaido⌠but despite numerous tests, I didnât have a specific illness and after a day or so the symptoms all went awayâŚ
The irony was thick to me though that I was at a Hokkaido hospital with a mysterious virus

The fake marina was a little much for my tastes but the race was fun. That Lando Pierre crash at least gave the Ferrari a second chance to pass and so gave us some interesting laps at the end.
Sadly I did not see 47 anywhere on tv

Itâs the last day of the Swiss Economic Forum. With extensive coverage in the news. Today (the real) @Kevin_Rudd was a keynote speaker. When they talked about him in the radio I always expected some Hitman related stuff. Was a bit disappointed he didnât deliver.

Itâs a great song, but man, since the Bo Burnham subreddit is going crazy about it, every time the title is mentioned my brain does a double-take.

Iâm riding the L to work today and while on the platform waiting there was an announcement that all traffic was stopped due to a police emergency at a station ahead of us. People were all anxiously waiting trying to decide if they had time to wait or needed to jump in a cab to get to work. Some were calling loved ones or their bosses saying they would be late. There were police officers at our station looking around. I tried to find an arcade game to blend in with but the L doesnât actually have those, they were made up for gameplay purposes.
Thankfully the trains started up again before I had to sneak into the control office and change the signals
