Wish and hope there is effort to bring this game (& 2 other Sniper Assassin games) to the home consoles.
It seems like this type of game would work better with an actual controller rather than a touchscreen…
Looks interesting. Kinda curious about the time period this takes place in when it comes to the main story.
Based on the “Following Agent 47s disappearance” I’d say it takes place between Blood Money and Absolution or between Absolution and H2016.
It could also be a different timeline.

Not likely, the devs said it’s a side-story kinda deal. So that rules out an alternate timeline.

Talking about the locations themselves:
The yacht looks like the mediterranian, possibly Croatia. I don’t think it’s Australia, since that one also “had” a yacht mission.
The observatory really resembles Switzerland’s observatory. It also looks like Swiss mountains in the background.
The lodge looks like Canada. It’s pretty well known for skiing and all sorts of things like that, which the lodge would fit into.

for the other two I’m not sure at all
I’m kind of satisfied that I guessed one of them correctly, I’m about 90% sure in Switzerland, 85-70% in Croatia.
Although I wouldn’t be surprised if those two ended up as other locations.

Hmm, this is interesting. I put Sección into Google Translate, and appearantly the observatory might be in a Spanish country?
Other things that support this claim:
The ground underneath the observatory seems to be dry, and the mountains in the background don’t seem to be snowy.
Compare that to the Sphynx Observatory, where there is snow under it.
Spain seems to be “world-class” in astronomy and observatories.
Spain also has tons of mountains.
Either way, Spain and Switzerland would be entirely new locations.
Well that’s a shame. I enjoyed Hitman Sniper from years ago, but think I’m probably gonna avoid this time around. No 47? No thanks!

Oh, I don’t mind the other (new) characters such as Knight and Stone. But not having at least the option to choose 47? Like what for? Lol

Well as it says story-wise, 47 “wasn’t available”, could be trying to tie in with Hitman 3’s plot although they seem to still be with the ICA

Yeah, then this has to be taken place sometime either before, or during the events of Hitman 3. The characters are indeed with the ICA and after the story of H3 that is just not possible, so it must be before or during 3 if it’s during 3, it would make sense that 47 is “not available” still, it’s a shame we won’t have to option to play as him in this new game. It may not be a problem for most fans, but for me personally? not having 47 in a game called “Hitman” (whatever subtitle) should be considered a crime
