I am not using ethernet (i use wifi) but I will give this a shot. Ill leave it unplugged entirely for like 5 mins.

I will update with the results in a few.

Did not work.

I deleted profile/save data.

Unplugged every single cord connected to my PS4, left it off for 5 mins.

did the license thing.

still no luck.

The game is basically done installing and able to launch so I just tried it again and…

Still nothing. Same old fetching error.

What configurations are you running? H3 standard? H3 deluxe? With H2 gold Access Pass? H2 standard pass? Did you carryover progress? Etc.

I’m using the physical hitman 3 standard ps4 disk (no deluxe dlc) with the hitman 2 gold, and hitman 1 goty access passes. I also did the hitman 2 to 3 carryover progress on launch day.

Edit: I am using a base model 500 gig ps4

Identical except I am on a PS4 Pro, and I have the Digital Deluxe edition as well.

I tried as everyone else, but it didn’t work. I didn’t uninstalled the game however.

Edit: I have the physical deluxe edition, and I did the carryover.

And for what it’s worth - I have the digital Deluxe Edition.

Edit: And using PS4 Slim.

Sadly, it didn’t solve anything for me
I’m still getting “Failed to fetch online resources”
I deleted my save data, unpluged for 30+ seconds and restored license
I guess my problem is really different with those “profile information” errors

I will also add, that I am able to play on an alternate profile on the same system that has not done the progress carry over (because there was none to carry over) and it works perfectly fine.

So from what we see so far, the common factors are either the H2>H3 Carryover Progress, and/or being digital version of the game.

UPDATE

Apparently the digital version of the game does not factor, and it doesn’t seem to matter between Deluxe and Standard.

The only reason I went for the PS4 version in the first place was for the progress carryover. The slight discount for PS Plus members sweetened the deal. Now the carryover is the farthest thing from my mind. If the price of it working is losing my carryover, then I’ll happily grind again.

Well my game just crashed and im back with the connection problems, even after retrying the fix that worked previously :yawning_face:
