Season of Gluttony | Roadmap

The only major complaint I have is using Screen Rant for featured contracts. They aren’t a gaming site and their articles are usually not very good. I see way too many news items on their site that are just conjecture or total misunderstandings of movie and TV show stuff. Not very confident that they’ll pull off a Hitman contract that’s worth anything.

The rest of the month looks OK though. Are the Procurers actually in Dartmoor? I think they showed the two targets in at least Hokkaido and Sapienza as well.

Think Dev team on site got a good treat after filming

There main photo is Dartmoor with the footage taken from the briefing. Similar as the previous Mendoza ET’s briefing had Sapienza church in it.

This is the second month with a patch not listed. Is IOi not addressing anymore bugs that have been reported?

IOI stated in their last stream that no patch is scheduled this season. However, a game update is planned for next sin (Envy) which is planned on 28th September.

Im worried the patches arent going to be substantial going forward. The last couple werent very good

Thanks. I’ve been mostly on vacation this month and didn’t watch the replay of the stream, or read the notes.

Okay, the season is the “shortest” by only a handful of days… it’s still basically a full month-long season, but with the content offered it’s okay to me.

I’m mostly okay with this because the Food Critic is releasing, letting me get the one suit I Failed to get back in Hitman 2. Finally.
C’moooooon… chicken needs his Bangkok suit! :weary:

No Patch today, hmm well I’m assuming this is to combat leaks of future content as well. Unless PC update is more substantial on the data mining side of things.

There’s actually quite a bit about future Sin drops that’s leaked so far (at least back in the Season of Sloth), (right now, only Envy’s left) but for all we know at this point, some of those ideas could have changed by now, and we’ll be getting something different.

No info on Wrath at all.
Obviously I’m not getting into any specifics, join the Leaks tab for that.

This is my main point, Wrath could be a bigger deal then we think, but again it also couldn’t. Along with any thing in regards to new events being leaked. It’s all a matter of perspective as of now.

I feel like they started easing up on creating Escalations when they began preparing the Dartmoor Garden Show. So, considering the most vocal folks weren’t fond of Escalations anyway, keeping those employee resources on other stuff like a better Wrath 7DS finale or even something else could be what we’d want in the long run. As long as it instead isn’t a sign of lesser attention to the game overall.

Maybe the reason we haven’t got any is bc they’re creating more stuff like DGS🤔

Tbh they probably stopped bc everyone complained about how there was to much

I checked the subreddit and everyone was complaining that the roadmap has nothing. I like that they were honest with the roadmap and im fine with it as it’s not even a month long. If the next roadmap is like this I wouldnt like it but im honestly glad to get a new ET, always enjoy those, and get to finally play an old ET properly

Gluttony looks like it follows the same cadence as the rest of the roadmaps have to me. We get some content each week through the season.

Week 1 actually has two content pieces (the Gluttony escalation itself and the Procurers Elusive Target.
Week 2 has the ScreenRant Featured Contracts
Week 3 has the Food Critic Elusive Target reactivation
Week 4 has the Community Featured Contracts

That’s pretty similar to most of the other ones except the overall season is a week or two shorter. Once it’s done at the end of September we’ll get the next one. That doesn’t feel like it’s so much less content than the others to warrant complaining about it.

I’m just happy with the ets tbh it’s the only things I look forward to when playing hitman unless there’s missions or stuff like DGS

especially the ones that weren’t it hitman 2 but just the 2016 game

I only started playing the game in about November of 2019 so I missed all of the Hitman 1 Elusive Targets and only managed to catch the Undying Returns in Hitman 2. Anything prior to that is new to me.

I know they won’t but it would be amazing if they continued with ET until all of them are back and then make them permanent but I know they won’t

So will ScreenRant’s contracts suck as hard as most of ScreenRant’s main content?
