Right, I haven’t used these forums since 2 came out and so am really completely out of the loop.
Is this game going back to how hitman 1 is when it comes to voice acting? As in no accents for the locations? Or is it just that you wont hear them speak their native language? Because the biggest upgrade from 1 to 2 for me was the localised accents.

People are really jumping to conclusions. I’ve seen several users saying that H3 is terrible because it doesn’t have localized voice acting “for the whole game”. We’ve only seen Dubai, which didn’t have voice acting. Why people think we won’t have any localization confuses me. Previous games only added two accents per game, so it’s likely we’ll get only 2. Which maps we’ll get it on is yet to be seen, although Chongqing will most likely be getting it. Not sure about the other one though.

I don’t necessarily agree with all of your Points, so me, as the NPC Expert, noticed many returning NPC Faces aswell and while this does include the ones first introduced in the Bank, I also noticed some Others like the Face they put on Galen Vholes.

Gotta say I haven’t seen much in the way of negativity, personally. I have been deliberately keeping myself at a distance though to avoid spoilers. I get the feeling that this game will be for the fans, so I’m not worried.
People just want anything to complain about. I am gonna enjoy my game on Wednesday unless it somehow absolutely sucks. HITMAN 2016 and HITMAN 2 were great to me. I see very little possibility that this one will not be.

I have to wonder why some users are so obsessed with mastery levels. Do they stop playing every mission they reach level 20? Do they know older Hitman games didn’t have mastery levels and we still replay them all the time?
Nightcall has 5 levels and I still play it. The Bank has 15 levels and it’s one of my favourites. What is this “mastery” thing measuing exactly?
