Does anyone know that Isle of sgail has a starfish and how to find it

There is only a fish in the kitchen’s freezer on Isle of Sgail.
No Starfish can be found there as far as I know

Based on other game referencing “like you they tend to use disguises” << I forgot what game that’s from but Diana says it at some point in the franchise, I think we’re supposed to know that 47s reliance on costumes is somewhat unique among the other ICA agents. We know some of them use the tactic but maybe not as often and not as well < which plays into the silliness built into the whole series. The most chameleon of all their assassins is a dude who wouldn’t be chameleon at all. He’s a striking tall bald dude with a barcode tattoo on his head

47 has a little animation where if you stayed crouched in cover he will rest his hand on the ground

I think I was finally getting around to clearing that pamphlet challenge but, either way, it’s still not something I knew before.
(I usually kill Williams pretty early so I’m never in or near his villa when the storms come)
