There are cameras that you must disable in one level. Actually the hardest level if you ask me.
Oh I played it, and I loved it. I think Hitman 2 is the best of the original games. That, and contracts.
I’d love if they paid to extend to the contract indefinitely so they could put that mission back in but as a special assignment where you kill both
That was likely a Square Enix contract, like the Sarajevo Six missions, so probably can’t return. Also The Undying was probably a Warner Bros. Interactive contract, so he might be permanently dead now.
The contract negotiation gymnastics that would be needed is probably not worth it seeing as money wouldn’t come in from these additions.
If you cause a massacre in the chillout area, everyone left alive sits down and looks depressed
Before
After
I wonder how much death triggers it? If it’s just getting the crowd npcs to run away, then this might actually have contracts potential.

When playing the Prologue last night, I noticed some odd dialogue discrepancy. (possibly?)
I might be looking into this a bit too much, but…
“As suspected. Security won’t allow you onboard in your current outfit.”
“You put on his clothes. That’s a first. It might just work though. People tend to see clothes more than faces.”
“This particular uniform should get you access through the staff entrance. Just… act normal.”
“…If assimilation is the name of your game, you’ll need better disguise.”
When you get to the boat, Diana insinuates that you can’t simply get into trespassing/restricted areas in your current outfit, implying that she expects 47 to change at some point.
Just after that, when you take the Mechanic’s disguise, she becomes surprised that you took his clothes, saying “that’s a first”. This means that taking someone’s disguise is a new thing, not seen before…
When getting onto the boat, she also hesitates after revealing the privileges of the Mechanic disguise, unsure of what to do. “Act Normal” she finally states.
And finally, when you get blocked by a guard at a trespassing checkpoint, she states that the idea was part of 47’s “game”, not something pre-planned or expected of him.
To put it simply… I wonder why the need to state your current disguise when starting the training, if there’s no expectation the agent will ever change out of it.
Tutorials tend to be like that. The dialogue is intended to give the player enough breadcrumbs to get to where they need to go. “In your current outfit” was probably intended to lead the player to look for a better one, but then when Diana says “That’s a first”, it’s intended to show that 47 (you) are so smart and Diana didn’t think of it. It’s hand-holdy and doesn’t make a lot of sense, but tutorials have to be.
I guess the alternative would be Diana saying things like “Of course you’ll need a disguise to get through there” or something, but I think at that point in the story, the intent is that Diana doesn’t know what 47 will do.
That’s a good point.
Like I said, I’m probably looking way too hard into it.
I don’t know how you’d be able to word it without luring the Player towards/away from expecting to use disguises.
I think the straitjacket is based somewhat off the textures for the initiate disguise. Couldbe wrong
A detail im not sure made the transfer between games and ive known this for a while but in 2016 while the priest outfit you get from the npc is spotless the one in the basement is in tatters
The Kill Gary Campaign from Hitman 2016 was simply just the weirdest thing IO has done, I’m almost certain they just put Busey in front of a camera and let him be himself.
I killed the dinosaurs!
Does anyone know that Isle of sgail has a starfish and how to find it
Ask HMF anything is more appropriate thread for questions like this.
There is only a fish in the kitchen’s freezer on Isle of Sgail.
No Starfish can be found there as far as I know
Based on other game referencing “like you they tend to use disguises” << I forgot what game that’s from but Diana says it at some point in the franchise, I think we’re supposed to know that 47s reliance on costumes is somewhat unique among the other ICA agents. We know some of them use the tactic but maybe not as often and not as well < which plays into the silliness built into the whole series. The most chameleon of all their assassins is a dude who wouldn’t be chameleon at all. He’s a striking tall bald dude with a barcode tattoo on his head
If you get rid of the maid’s lover in the garden show, she will sit on a bench and be depressed
Hitman BM; A New Life:
Thanks to a new thread, I discovered that a sausage is found near the bins, from the house located in front of Vinnie’s mansion.
It’s super useful too! Especially for those of us who just can’t bring themselves to shoot a dog even in a video game.
Agent 47:
Canaries on the other hand…
