If a person is downed using sedative poison, any non-weapon dropped by that person will be picked up by another person in the vicinity. The sedated person apparently does not have items returned after being awakened?
I used sedative poison previously a few times, but never to try to steal something that person was carrying… until today. So, I thought the sequence would work the same way as any non-weapon dropped items and would be left on the floor.
The person ingested the sedative, lost consciousness, and dropped the item (a notepad / tablet). Then I departed the area to do something else as I also had some nervousness about being on the scene and the possible chance of subsequent suspicion. A few minutes later, I returned, looking for the item, but there was nothing on the floor or in the area. So I waylaid the person and knocked him out, but the person no longer had the item (only had the three coins I used to lure them). I waylaid a guard who had been present, knocked him out, but that person also did not have the item (had a gun only). I tried one other likely person who was in close proximity, but that person did not have the item (had nothing). Finally, I restarted and this time, swiped the item then ran away

I don’t think that’s true.Maybe it was just a glitch and the item you were looking for was in an unreachable area or it became invisible or it was actually right there but you didn’t realise it because the prompt to pick it up was missing.

Oh you can look up “sex bracelet” online, I looked up rave bracelet but stupidly forgot about Kandi bracelets but I found it on Snopes. It is an older than dirt PTA board rumour that roughly dates all the way back to Madonna but recently resurged again.

The saving slots didn’t save the hp of NPCs.(For example,you shoot a NPC but not kill him/her,the NPC’s hp would be less than 100.But when you save and load that save,that NPC’s hp will back to 100,just like usual.)

I could see Wrath ending up on the Carpathian Mountains as some type of Kill Everyone Challenge, using the linear corridors as a Terminator-like funnel forward.
