Things About Hitman You Just Found Out

I recall doing that once… But I walked away, the camera was still slightly zoomed in, and the captions were at the bottom of the screen while the Maitre de kept on talking.

Ambrose findings I learned:

-now i havent done enough research on this but i believe if you start at the stilt village the button on the signal for the meeting will be broken off and cant be shot, but i could be wrong about that and it just never had a big red button like i imagined. when it tried to shoot it again in a different location it didnt work until i shot the right side. so the piece of trivia might be less “this doesnt work on this location” and more “this has a weird hitbox” - tho it might be a glitch that the button isnt there due to an update, but maybe it was never there

-the option to fix the engine will be turned off as soon as crest is killed so you dont accidentally do an action when exiting or roaming around

-less found out and more noticed but the objective uses the same logic/structure as New York, even though really the colon for destroying the objective doesnt need to exist as both options outright deny access. the colon for getting the data core was dependent on maintaining the objective while you exit

I just found out after fifteen or so years that 47 dances if you leave him idle for a while in one of the Murder of Crows bars. Could not believe my eyes when our stoic assassin started getting jiggy with it.

Yeah I believe he also dances if he idles on the dancing square in Til Death Do Us Part as well if I recall.

I’m not sure if it is true, but recently, when you set up Noel’s kill with boat, you also kill worker who leads him there. Is this new or is it something that was added recently?

I don’t recall that kill ever not killing that worker if you don’t somehow stop him from going in.

Hitman Blood Money
Mission: Flatline (where 47 smuggles out Agent Smith from a hospital faking his death).

There are 4 Manneken Pis (Pissing little man) statues on a pool.
Manneken Pis is a landmark fountain and one of the popular symbol of Brussels (Belgium).

I am replaying Blood Money on my android device. Played it back in 2007 or 2008

Better late than never…

The ice pick item is not detected during frisk. Took me several years to discover that

Finally had some time to play again. Did some Freelancer-Missions. This one was a first: Didn’t know you could knock out the weapons dealer:

Another one: I shot a target in Mendoza by those tanks:

And while running to the exit all of the guards from the viewing point were running into this direction. Never thought they care about a body that far away. Could be nice to use this in a contract…

When I go to Mendoza to snipe leaders, those guards near the exit always start patrolling when one of the suspects is shot. Sometimes 47 runs over one when leaving by car (but it doesn’t break SA, like that guy near the Sapienza car exit).

(I like to KO vendors and stash them in a crate whenever I can. The best one for this is the guy in Helen’s garage in Whittleton, as you can just shoot the extinguisher near him  )

This surprisingly useful video:

You can throw the emp thingy also from the upper part of the cave to destroy the virus from there, handy for Suit only.

Guards watching security stations should randomly have pacemakers on Master Difficulty resulting in a non-target kill from the EMP ruining Silent Assassin.

It appears that NPCs inside (normally) non-reachable areas will not automatically die if woken up by a guard. I’m wearing his disguise, he woke up, looked at himself, then his clothes just spawned on him without needing to go to a closet.

Edit: It appears the other OOB (for NPCs) areas I mention below will still kill NPCs when awakened.

More places to see if this is the case… Colorado near the garage on that lower level you can climb onto.

The scaffolding outside the block where they’re asking questions to the patient/test subject.

Maybe some other places…

Edit: Hmmmm! Now someone will need to see how many bodies you can pull or push into this area and have them wake up. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

How do the guards wake them if npcs can’t reach the area?

They stand where they are (they will be able to see them) and just say something like “Get up!”

Here’s a vid from H2… When they would die if woken up in an “out of bounds” area for NPCs.

So an NPC dying or simply being woken up from unconsciousness depends on the specific inaccessible area? Using your Marrakesh examples, the Mr Giggles area (from the video) is a “death” area while the waiter area is a non-death area?

(perhaps I have the wrong ideas as I can’t discern where the waiter area is; it is not the same spot where you dumped Mr Giggles in the video, I think, but then where is it?)

Best regards.

I think it was something that changed in an update to the game. Not a specific spot being death or not death.

For a long time - if you pulled/pushed an NPC or dragged them and they fell into an area they can’t normally access… If found by a guard (of course the guard can’t access them either) they just tell them to “get up” and they’d die because they wouldn’t be able to get out of that area.

Now, it appears that they don’t die when they’re awakened.

Edit: FWIW, I play on Epic and use some mods. So anyone on a console might try this to see if they die or wake up.

This spot in Colorado still kills NPCs when they wake up. I’m not sure why the one without clothes seems to be ignored by any guard that comes up here.
