Lights did play a factor in H2: Silent Assasin, Contracts and Blood Money. You could hide in the shadows to a certain degree and in H2 and Contracts you even got Night Vision Goggles that resembled those of Sam Fisher.
Correct me if I’m wrong but, the Eminem DLC might be the first time in Hitman WOA that we have a real-world product placement?

I just thought it was something IO had come up with for the content instead of being shoehorned product placement.

I noticed the logo when looking at the item in freelancer, and remembered seeing a few years ago images of Eminem serving spaghetti at some limited-time pop up restaurants for the memes.
Turns out it became a much bigger thing after that, wow… 
Yes it replaces the sushi restaurant. I too thought it was ioi being creative, as I’ve never heard about it either, but this is… not so much.

To be fair, considering they brought in Eminem, I’d have actually be disappointed with them if they hadn’t brought in the Mom’s Spagetti. I’d they’re going to keep giving us useless thrown melee reskins, they might as well do it this way.
Moms Spagetti was one of the food stands all around the track at the Abu Dhabi Gran Prix last year. Eminem was the Saturday night performer. I had no idea it was a company of his. I thought they were just being cheeky with their pasta stands.
Recently got around to completing the DLCs and Arcade. Is Isle of Sgail permanently stuck at 99% for me because of McGregor? Bangkok as well probably because of Bruce Lee. Bummer.

Bruce Lee and Eminem’s DLCs may come back whenever the elusive targets themselves return but we don’t really know when or if that’ll happen
Note you don’t need the DLCs to get 100% on the locations, unless they stop giving free Arcade access during the re-runs. You just need to take advantage of the opportunity to complete the necessary challenges.
You would need the DLCs to get the items for 100% item collection, but if “100% item collection” is shown anywhere in the game (other than Freelancer), I don’t know about it.
If those challenges locked into DLC and freeplay expired, you are stuck with 99% either way.
I personally didn’t complete Disruptor Returns (was aiming to do it later, and never expected it to be terminated) and didn’t buy linked DLC (same reason), so now I’m stuck at 99% with missed ET and incopletable Arcade mission.

I also distinctly remember it being suspicious in H2 because I got a few laughs out of it. I don’t remember if it used to be the same at any point in H3 though

It used to be Suspicious in H3, I don’t know why they would change it.
Maybe because it’s kinda silly for it to be suspicious for a person to just press a key on a publicly accessible instrument.
