Speaking of Berlin, here is very strange occurance. If you use assasination method of lightshow on Banner and Montgomery, Jiao will recieve a report about it not being properly installed. However, from who does she recieve it? It should Montgomery (the voice that speaks to Jiao is Derek Hagen, who ONLY voices one of Berlin agents, Montgomery himself), but Montgomery is dead. I originally thought it was Chamberlin, as he is closest to Montgomery, but he has different VA (Royce Pierreson).

just found out that if you are offline in Hitman 3, the only playable mission is freeform training. this is different from 1 and 2 in that even if you weren’t connected to internet, you could still play all missions, it just wouldn’t count towards challenges/progress. have a lot of feelings about this.

What? All missions are playable in offline mode, not just ICA Facility, only missions that aren’t playable are the sniper assassin ones, ETs, and escalations.

maybe it’s just an Xbox problem, in that case? because if i’m offline it acts like i don’t own anything but the ICA Facility level. idk if it’s worth it to report it to IO as a bug or not though now

If it is, this would have been recent. I played some of a tournament offline on Bangkok and it worked as well as offline could work

Definitely report it as a bug. That shouldn’t be happening.
You can play all your locations/main missions offline, but can’t get any new unlocks, challenges, or scores. That’s how it’s always been for the All Caps series, so something’s wrong on your end.
Maybe restore your licenses, as it might not be detecting the main game of H3? (just the Starter Pack part)

Dudeee, I made a video showcasing this almost 2 months back, but kept delaying sharing it for some stupid reason. Anyway, in case anyone is interested in seeing this in video, here you go.
You can see that 4 targets are already dead and 4 are knocked out, leaving only Mongtomery and Banner. I even took out Montgomery’s bodyguard for good measure.
So, who the hell is she talking to?! My conclusion: It’s a

There is 11th agent you can stumble on when you’re walking from bus station down to the club.
I believe his name is Price
Maybe she talks to him.
Also note that NPCs in HITMAN can speak in different voices, so I guess it might be him

But he doesn’t exist on the map if you start on any other starting location (which is what I did in this video). Don’t make me test this whole thing again by starting at the bus stop please xD
Anyway, I don’t think it’s him. Rather a missed detail by IOI tbh.

Though developers wouldn’t know where would you start your mission even if Bus Stop is required only for the very first playthrough. It always present and you always can choose it as a starting point

I think the rest of starting locations imply that 47 already killed Price by then since you are able to listen to their conversations given you have the communication device in your inventory.

That makes sense. But do we know for sure Price is dead, and by 47th hand?
It’s just a guess. I mean, they are actually 12 agents but Olivia killed one (wich isn’t carrying a communication device when you check on his corpse, BTW). Buy yeah. I think it’s implied 47 already killed Price by then.

Wait a minute: If you start at a different location you already have the com device? Never noticed that! And Olivia killed an agent and the corpse is lying around? Where? Never noticed this! So I guess this is something I just found out.

A combat knife is either located in his shoulder or nearby on the ground, I forget.

Weirdly enough neither the body nor the knife are there if you start elsewhere.
I am not saying that 47 is a cannibalistic sword-swallower but… Oh I just did.
… Is it really cannibalism if you are a genetically enhanced human and the other is not? Asking for a friend.
