Unpopular opinions about Hitman

Well it’s like Lucas Grey who forgot it’s “47 and I” and not “Me and 47”.

In Germany we say Der Esel nennt sich immer zu erst in that case, it means Only a Donkey puts his name first :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Quite fitting for Grey.

Thank you for the explanations @Rimland and @cake941 !
Wasn’t aware it was an actual accent, I thought it was a way of sounding fancy. Now that I know that it’s genuine I like it a lot more again.

Marrakesh is the best map of H1 atmosphere wise. Especially during AHBOS, but also in AGC. The dense touristic city vibes in the market area. The salesmen trying to lure you into their shops. The alleyways with the sun shining in over the rooftop edges. The slight breeze through 47’s jacket when on the rooftop. And the shisha cafe as the icing on the cake with it being part of the typical eastern culture, along with its fitting music. Then theres the riots which is so well done by not only the amount of NPCs, but also extra details like flares, flags, barriers, loud cheering and that spokesman guy. It may not be the best storymission, but it’s high on my list for the aesthetics.

Which is why ‘A House Built on Sand’ is a brilliant bonus missions, easily one of the best mission from H16 overall.

That and “I see…death!” is one of my favourite 47 jokes

Wholeheartedly agree. If only it didn´t have the omnipresent American accents :weary:

“Shalom, I am so honored to have you visit my humble stall” … eurghhh, the accent bothers me so much with that specific line

She says salaam though, doesn´t she? Shalom would be in a different country

Yes, “salaam” means “peace” in Arabic and can be used as a greeting. “Shalom” also means “peace” as well but of course Jewish people are rare in Morocco.

I heard salaam too, not shalom…

Santa Fortuna is a better version of Sapienza in every way and I will not back down from this.

It was fun being a herald while it lasted.

For a slightly less controversial take, Santa Fortuna is my second favourite map of H2 and it wins my coveted ‘just like Marrakesh I don’t get the hate’ award.

And what’s your favorite H2 map?

Miami.

All those hours in ghost mode to unlock the suit gave me so much appreciation for every single shortcut and alternate way through the level. I honestly didn’t like it much at launch.

IO did Diana dirty with her in-game photo

IMG_20210223_170039

The lighting is just very dull on her face and she’s looking too much into the camera like she’s confused. It’s very unflattering and doesn’t convey the elegance and power she should give off

They should’ve tried to recreate the H3 announcement trailer pic. They nailed everything about her in this shot
