So since May 2022 I’ve been steadily recollecting LEGO Star Wars sets I’ve had as a child NIB (with a few additions that I’ve always wanted as well). This usually ranged between sets released between 2006-2012. The process of making this a possibility involved a lot of time searching for decent prices since a lot of places like eBay have resellers who do absurd markup prices for sets that aren’t highly sought after so it’s been a lot of counter offering and haggling.

I’ve procured three new additions to the collection which makes three sets left before I consider my collection “complete”.

I have a few white whale’s out there, but realistically I’ll just have to wait for them since they are well out of my price range for now.

Bought this beautiful drinking horn, mainly as a decorative piece. But also for drinking Ale and Mead!

I bought a front license plate frame for my new (to me) Red Mazda 3i Hatchback. Also, I bought a white and blue gradient wrist lanyard to attach to the key-fob. The car is a keyless pushbutton start. I usually place it in a small compartment below my env. controls. I figured having a small lanyard on it would make it easier to handle and take around.

It’s been a while since I posted here. I play the new Hitman titles but don’t hang out on the forum much these days. Last time I built a computer for gaming was 4 years ago and my post in the battlestations thread is the last post. Don’t know whats up with that but I’m about to build a new system again. I’m hoping to get RTX effects in the latest Hitman trilogy at 4k and playable frame rates but I know that’s asking alot.

I’m waiting for the new platforms to launch in September and October but my first component came in the mail today. I do 3D art and animations for game mods on my free time so my systems are usually a little more beefy than your average gaming rig.

For now, 64GB of DDR 5 RAM at 6000Mhz Cas latency 36. Corsair Dominator Platinum series.

It will probably be a while before anything else shows up since the platforms won’t launch for a couple months yet. Today my liquid cooling unit showed up for the CPU and I figured I might as well post it as well. I’ll be importing my EVGA 1600 T2 power supply from a previous build because it still works fine and has 4 years left on the warranty. I’ll Also be importing a Samsung 2TB evo NVME drive and combining it with a new drive that I’m picking up for the new build.

The AIO I got is the Corsair 170i Elite. It has 3X 140mm levitation series fans and a 420mm radiator with a decent size pump, programable LCD screen and a fan hub that controls fan speed and RGB for up to 6 fans.

Saw a video on the Motorstorm series bout a month ago. It got me in the mood to play Pacific Rift, one of my first PS3 games, but I didnt have it anymore.
(I got the first one, and the 3rd entry, but not PR. Must’ve traded it in a while ago)

It’s not available digitally anymore. Thankfully found a 20$ copy from Québec w/ free shipping.

Should be a nice nostalgia trip. Some reason, I don’t remember playing it much, we’ll see how much comes back to me when I try it out again.

@TheChicken Motorstorm was an interesting series. Just one of many racers that seemed to perish in the 2010’s sadly. I’ve played the first 2 games as well but never beaten them due to how good you need to get at the tracks due to how easy it to is to perish.

I bought a bunch of drinks at the Lady Gaga Wrigley concert last night and it was great, but I seriously regret not taking today off of work.
