This year marks the 30th anniversary of Mortal Kombat. Warner Bros: okay, let’s put MK on gog :man_shrugging:

Where’s my MK HD Remake you sons of bitches are keep teasing and canceling for the last ten years?!

EDIT: this is so frustrating, a little studio basically made this, pitched it to Ed Boon who loved it, got in contact with WB, got their project green lit and then shortly after canceled by WB because “we can’t trust a studio that hasn’t published anything else before”. Oh fuck off.

Just pre-ordered the new Saints Row standard edition before it become officially released tomorrow. I only played a little bit of IV before and never properly give the series a chance, probably because of not being a fan of its wacky presentation style and the alien invasion/The Matrix plot. But I am bored recently and want to try out something fresh, figuring it’s a reboot of the series so maybe it will be plenty of fun. Looking forward to create my character and customize many cars as well!

The download size on PS4 is about 60 GB. We shall see how the game performs on the old console soon!

Trying to buff up my PC gamer credentials with an LTT Backpack coming in October, and finally biting the bullet and putting the (small) deposit down for a back-order of a Steam Deck. Mobile HITMAN, carried safely everywhere I go!

Just ordered some sneakers.

They had baby blue minus the laces and swoosh which is what I wanted except in purple but no dice. I tried custom but purple isn’t an option so I went with what’s in the photo and I’ll change the laces to white.

Unnofficial/off-brand custom printed Lego figures I bought at the CNE.
Surprisingly high-quality prints, have to assemble them yourself, arms and all.

Marvel characters and obligatory chicken figure for the chicken shrine (what?)

Theres also this extra piece that goes with the Loki set I've no idea what it's for.

I’m thinking it melted/bent in the manufacturing? Found this image of the actual set, Loki “floating” above the pedestal I guess?, and there’s a hole to insert the rod… but he’d be floating at an angle. :man_shrugging:

It was 20$ for 4 so, no idea how they can get some of these seemingly official products for so cheap. Ebay says it’s 12-15 for each mystery bag.

BC they are knock offs :joy: They look cool though.

If you’re into non official Lego figures there are some pretty awesome soldiers with all sorts of gear. Here is a U.S. Army Ranger but I have seen soldiers from all countries as well as unmarked ones.

Thats a translucent posing piece, the real ones look a lot more translucent though. They come with every modern cmf series

I think you need to fit Loki in such a way that one of his leg is bent while the body is straight. With this it will give some extra invisibility on him. Hard to explain but it is like when you walk, the piece must be in back foot, while the front foot will look more levitating (as per some exp from old school GIJoe figures)
Hope it helps even if it is a manufacturing defect.

Another one try and the second overall visit to the capital of Great Britain.
Hope it will be a bit better than previous one when I had a little injury.
And it’s not expected any heat this time

Bought a used car, a 2008 Suzuki SX4. Current car’s MOT is up and it is basically rusted to hell, no point spending god knows getting it fixed. Plan to scrap it, hope to get a decent amount for it as I hear the value of scrap is relatively high right now. Picking up the car on Saturday, first car I’ve had that doesn’t use a key which is quite nice. It has a higher suspension than my old car, there are so many speed bumps and low curbs in my area my old car’s bumper has grinded against, so shouldn’t be an issue.

My copy of Soul Hackers 2 should arrive tomorrow, want a new game to sink my teeth into. Hope I enjoy it more than I did Shin Megami Tensei V, hoping this will help satisfy my Persona cravings.

Fun or not so Fun Fact. LEGO made a strict stance of not showing anything War Related and is one of the reasons why after 2010 they retired the minifigure scale revolvers that have been used in things like the Indiana Jones theme.

But that being said for anyone who are interested in CMF’s I urge you to not purchase anything on major sites like Amazon since they are usually China Knock Offs and to purchase from someone who creates them as a hobby, for a unofficial product you will get a better print and overall better minifigure.

Also, there has been a recent influx of Rogue Lego Employees creating translucent figures and labeling them as “prototypes”. They charge them for a large price and arent official prototypes.

Don’t recreational Lego builders have a series of rules they like to follow based of the Lego Company’s policies on production and pre-shipment treatment?

It’s very situational. The thing with Lego is it can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways. Build them for display or to play with. The LEGO Corporation has rules for what they can and a can not do, but that’s cause of the values they hold for being a company that makes toys and display models for Children and Adults.

Unfortunately these rule and values don’t extend to the production side of things and people been making “prototypes” with official bricks to make a quick buck.

It’s interesting hear you talk about Lego @Swangtheugly. I have a decent sized Lego collection, and once I move house, I’d love to be able to set up a space for it so that I can build stuff again. I’d love to build a small Lego town or city scape, that does seem to be the dream, and there are so many on Youtube of people doing such things.

I wondered when the guns went away. I had this Fort when I was a kid and all the soldiers had rifles. You can see them bottom left.
