Ummm so as awesome as the lizard toy is… SHOW US THE CAR! What colour is it? Have you painted/vinyl stickered Godzilla fire breath on the sides yet? Does it have lots of room in the trunk? Is the gas refill port on the driver or passenger side? Maybe it came with a cassette deck (extra cool points if it did). We want to know these things❗️

Is that a bow and arrow in the blue guys hand and a blaster in the space guys hand? So legos can have those projectile weapons from the past or the (maybe) future, but not from now… got it.

Yea its the standard bow and arrow piece on the falconer and a brick built sci-fi blaster on the sentai ranger. I think lego stopped doing guns from now as they are more closely tied to recreating violence than sci-fi blasters and bows (whom are also used for sport)

I believe they said they “want to keep their violence in the realm of fantasy” which I guess includes far back history.

I get it. I think it’s dumb bc I would want my Lego cops and robbers to have pistols and I would love Lego soldiers but there are companies who make that stuff if one really needs.

It’s a Mk4 Polo, isn’t it? Dashboard does look very much in VW’s 2000s style. My aunt still drives her Golf of the same era. It’s pretty reliable so I dare say Ochoa’s is too! Congrats of you having a new car and the mini Gojira!

I didn’t have time to reply then, but what a beautiful machine it is! Please tell me it’s an R version so it has a roaring supercharged V8. Man, driving and listening to the charger’s whining sound must be so good!

Yeah exactly, its a VW Polo from 2007, and its blue @Yacob. I’m not really interested in cars, they are a item of use for me, nothing more

@YellowZR1 i really hope its as reliable as people told me :grin:

EDIT: also, very good eye my friend

Yes, it is the R dynamic (Jags term for all wheel drive), but it’s not a V8. It’s a supercharged V6.

I’ve bought the first Professor Layton Game for the DS, i never played any of those games.
Broken Sword is the gold standard of point & click for me, so I’m curious how Layton will be.

I’m liking that blazer ‘mano! I actually just ventured into my local Hugo Boss as well. I picked up a beautiful green over coat. It’s at the tailor right now bc the sleeves needed to come up quite a bit, but I’ll post a photo when I get it back.

I really like it ask well, might be hard to tell. But it’s a dark blue, maybe a bit to dark for navy.

For my 3DS, since the store is closing on March 27th, I bought Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga +Bowser’s Minions. The first game in the M&L series, and the one I still have not yet played. (and people say this remake is great).

Also, since it’s been on my wishlist and it was dirt cheap on PS4, I got RE3make for ~13$ and Outlast: Trinity for ~3.50$ (I’ve already played the full 1st game on PC a while ago, but I couldn’t pass up this 95%off deal for the bundle)
I doubt I’ll be getting into those titles anytime soon, as I just finished a stressful zombie-horror-action title (TLOU:R), but it’s good for the backlog!

Woooo Nintendo DS Comeback Tour 2023 still kicking.

I recommend Bowsers Inside Story. It’s dialogue heavy but it has the best writing in the M&L Series. Nintendo isn’t gonna put these games on sale, but I recommend looking for preowned cause chasing after physicals right now are cheaper then buying directly from E-Shop depending on the title.

Oh, I’ve played that one! And Partners in Time and Dream Team.

You might’ve misread me, :joy: I literally meant it was only the first game in the series I had not yet played, not the entire M&L series.

The DS was a hugely foundational gaming platform for me, and BiS is still probably one of my favourite games of that era, let alone all time.
So much fun characterisation and story wrapped up in a Mario RPG… its got the best version of Bowser IMO (probably because you can actually play as him)

But yeah woohoo DS was great, hope to see more from that era ported to modern devices soon.

and I'm definitely prepared for the apocalypse with this DS collection

I have some more but they’re in a different case
