All other NPC’s might be annoying, but they do offer the satisfaction that you can dispose of them in any way you please as a form of just retribution.
The oh my god lady lurks in the crowds, blending in, taunting you until you are finnaly pushed over the edge1 to %blast thùe entire c^^rowd dead and be considered a maniac. A MA1NIACè8! But are you? The balcony start is available as well.No mandatory data core,no “Have you seen a girl around?” and you can also get to Hush faster.

The main problem with “Have you seen a girl around?”, is that NO! I haven’t seen that girl around, and believe you me, I have been looking. A wild goose chase, damn it. There’s a troll at IOI and this is the proof.

Imagine how cool it would be if IOI added her as an actual elusive target! She could enter different places and change disguises between homeless, catering, and her classic look: short hair, bright green bag.

Of course she’s nowhere to be seen. There’re only 5 Female NPCs Civillains, including herself, which makes it to 4. Then there are Two with Long Hair, so those fall out aswell, which brings it down to the two with a Blue Jacket from which neither have a Green Bag and I think one of them even wears Crocks like the Woman who’s searching, so she’s not not going to ruin her Shoes either.

There is a woman in Sapienza behind the Café (the one in front of the Villa, where Lafayette sits). And there is a waiter, who goes downstairs to smoke and this woman has a route there, she’s going up and down the stairs. And I’m a very slow player and every time I try to subdue the waiter and put him into the container (which is right next to him) she sees me. I hate her, she’s trouble for a bad gamer like me!
She’s the Gavin from Hitman 3 hahaha
No seriously, I have read somewhere else that someone suggested that she’s maybe one of the poor people in Hush’s laboratory. And that’s a thought that is kinda sad, I think.
