Did Bangkok lighting change for anyone else with this patch? I’m playing it right now, and a lot of rooms in the south wing feel a lot brighter/whiter.

I haven’t tried Bangkok since the patch, but I think I noticed some audio changes in Miami. The patch notes didn’t say anything about that, so I might be mistaken, but I think it used to be a lot… quieter?
Like, a few months back, when I was still getting used to that map, I remember wondering why my controller would sometime vibrate in that underground tunnel where I always steal that musician’s one coin (I’m so sorry, dude) and eventually realizing “oh, must be the cars, I guess”… but this time around, it just felt obvious: “sure, it’s the cars: you can hear them!” (and the crowd’s cheers, too).
Again, could just be my imagination, I’m not 100% sure, but…?

Hokkaido’s lighting got seemingly messed up even more. Sometimes lights would frequently bug out and rapidly flash the whole screen, making it very difficult to see.

Did it now in Hardcore Mode with one “ticked off upon completion” objective, still no issue with the Perfect Run PO.

Glasses became sunglasses at some point is what I’m guessing is being referred to.

Urgent Call
We’ve also fixed a related issue where the ‘Arrange Meeting’ Prestige Objective would not complete under certain circumstances.
I orignally took this to mean they fixed they fixed the situations where the objective would glitch out. Seems they mean they’ve only fixed some of the circumstances it happens because I’ve had it glitch out today.

Under which circumstances didn’t it work for you? Asking so I know what to avoid doing now. 
I had really hoped this was a safe PO now…
Was it the leader’s phone or someone else’s? Was the leader the only person alive or conscious?
Does anyone know what XP reward increases with Prestige? The patch notes say that prestige will “grant an XP bonus for completing missions.” However, I don’t see any XP increase when completing missions. Am I missing something?

This is not only Carpathian-spicific bug.
This is an old bug that been introduced in one of the last patches of HITMAN 2 (I don’t remember specifically which) and affected Hokkaido foremost.
Then it spread to all locations which have Hokkaido-style sliding doors.
Now it can be experienced in Hokkaido and Chonqing at least.
And no, this bug hasn’t been fixed in “non-Carpathian” locations. I didn’t check Carpathian ones, but I did check Hokkaido and Chonqing and even Isle of Sgail.
Would you agree that those locations are more popular than tiny, linear and straightforward train?
UPD: Haven Island could be added to the list as well

Unfortunately this is not visible on the screenshot, but the disposable phone is active and issuing some colorful circle around it indicating that meeting is arranged.
But as you can see on the screenshot, even despite another suspect which came to a meeting is dead, the objective still uncompleted and will be failed on the exit.
So, I can conclude that this bug is not fixed. Or it was a fix for another bug.
Nevertheless, Arrange a Meeting prestige objective is still bugged
UPD: I made it work by arranging a meeting of target’s group, but the objective description says that just a meeting needs to be arranged, it does not specify that a target’s group meeting needs to be arranged.
So even if it works, it’s confusing.
Will test more on this matter
UPD 2:
On a second occasion I arranged a meeting and it didn’t work again.
Then I arranged target’s group meeting. And guess what?
Right. Objective isn’t compelete and failed on exit.
Seems like game randomly desides when to apply this objective.
So the bug is still here, nothing changed in the mechanics of the objective registering, it was like this before

What I find really annyoing is that Silent Assassin still does not work if a target spots you. I lost SA challenges many times now because playing SA does not count as SA and this is highly frustrating -.-

Literally just now exited through (or with or by) train in Mumbai.
I’ve never experienced described issue, but maybe because I skip the cutscene everytime almost at once.
Train exit still works.

??? Which specific SA objective?
I just completed a SA/NF Prestige Obj the other day even after a Guard Target caught me trespassing and ‘escorted me’ out.
I was very surprised since I expected the objectives would track SA differently than the SA tracker (which does differentiate a target spotting you vs a normal NPC)

In this stage, you can assassinate Vanya Shah and Maelstrom at the same time and escape by train.
When this assassination was performed in freelancer mode, the game would stop after the movie.
This fix seems to be a response to that.
