“The Undying Pack” can now be found on the PS Store web page.

“The Undying Pack” was recently released, but when I looked at the web page for the four different stores (PS Store, Microsoft Store, Steam Store, and EpicGames Store), only the PS Store could not search for this DLC.
I tried to purchase it from the in-game store and was able to do so successfully, but if the PS store is the only one not seeing an increase in sales, this may be the reason.
This is not a major bug, but I’m reporting it just in case.

Have you ever experienced completing “regular” challenges in Arcade or Elusive Targets?
Because I never witnessed it.
I may be wrong here though, because I have completed all the major challenges in a storyline or contracts and by the time Arcade have seen the light I had nothing left to achieve except those bounded or ETs/Arcade specific challenges
The issue is that the challenges show as being completable in the Arcade, but they’re not available in that mission.
If a challenge isn’t completable in a particular contract, it usually doesn’t appear in the lists - ie you wouldn’t expect to see the challenge to get Silent Assassin on Showstopper when playing The Forger ET.
I am a player who likes to accomplish challenges, so I create multiple game accounts and research achievement requirements.
Most of the challenges on the challenge list are campaign-specific, but there are a few that can be completed in other modes, such as Contract and Escalation.
The “Arms Dealer” challenge is one of the challenges that can be achieved in multiple modes that are also listed in Contracts and Escalation.
If it is on the challenge list, it should be achievable even if it is an elusive target contract.
If not, it is probably a bug.
