Wow this is frustrating. It’s been going fine until about an hour ago, but haven’t been able to get on since. Tried all the solutions going around.

Just want to play my game.

I got playing for 2 - 3 hours today the went dead again.

Given that people paid 60 euros for a game that they haven’t been able to play for 3 days now, I think AT LEAST a daily update would be the decent thing to do. Maybe also on some other platforms beside Twitter, which I don’t even have.
I still love the game(s), the developers are clearly extremely talented, but Io’s business practices and horrible communcation skills these last two weeks have really soured me on them as a company.

I’m just saying that developers have acknowledged it, not what they should or shouldn’t have done.

I’m in the same boat. Can’t connect and can’t even find the place to get support. The popup saying ā€œunable to connect, contact HITMAN supportā€ unhelpfully doesn’t say where to get support. Is it here? Might be.

edit: There may be hope for me yet, I bought through PayPal and they provide a very good return policy compared to epic.

Put off posting again here due to work and finally getting my Hitman fix, but the server maintenance seems to have fixed everything. Still am missing some Mastery progression in Dubai and there’s the occasional disconnect, but it consistently reconnects afterward.

I am able to connect to Hitman servers on one of my Xbox One profiles, but when I switch profiles it won’t connect it makes me have to play offline.

And I’ve tried clearing my data for hitman because I just learned about the elusive targets, and no matter how many times I clear my data it’s still on the cloud and won’t let me start over!

I’m highly frustrated. I’ve been a hitman for years and I feel like one they should have a reset game data options, and two this connection error thing should not be a problem but it is, can someone PLEASE fix this, one the other or both problems! If the carryover glitched some profiles on the server end there’s not much you can do but wait for IOI to figure it out. Make an alternate profile for now.

Since the Feb 23 patch, I have been unable to connect. This game has been out a little over a month and I have been able to connect to the server 12 days and able to save for only 10 of those days. If I could get some acknowledgement of this issue, it would be spiritually uplifting IOI.

have this fix even resolved? I got the same error buying from steam
